This is a nice, family-type hotel not far from the Central Station (South side). Personnel are very kind and helpful. The room was nice, with desk, window for good ventilation. There is a Tesco Express Shop about 3 - 4 minutes away. Breakfast is served downstairs, with an outside area too. There was a tea kettle in the room too. Good value for money in Györ.

Wifi often did not reach the 3rd floor well. I would recommend installing a repeater/amplifier e.g. in the 2nd floor, available in any electronics store at low cost, easy to install in any electric socket, etc. A larger bed would have been nice too, but granted, it was a single room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room is really spacious, the beds were comfortable. We were really glad that there was an air con. Quiet neighbourhood. It was ideal for a night’s rest.

Nothing in particular. It was a bit of a walk from the centre but not too bad. Coffee or a vending machine or a kettle in the room would be nice as there is no bar but it is ok.

The hotel is in a good location for my needs. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel equipment is older and should be replaced, but everything is clean and tidy. Since I only spent the night and arrived late at the hotel, the only complaint is the thick quilts at a temperature of 30°. But the beds were very comfortable

Quite easy to find not too far from motorway. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. She directed us to a lovely restaurant for our evening meal and gave us extra pillows on our return as requested.

It was very tired and old fashioned and in need of modernisation. The salt and pepper pots on the breakfast tables were dire,,,damp and mouldy looking things only fit for the bin. We gave up on them and had cereal and bread rolls with jam which were delicious.

The hotel was well located, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the check-in / check-out process easy and quick. It's a good choice for people travelling by car and with pets.

I got a room at the last floor, which was not the best option with luggage and 2 dogs. The bathroom was smaller than expected.

I wanted to stay in an area where people live, there are trees in the streets and it is not far to walk to the centre and train station. I only stayed one night in a month when days are short so the location was important. It was cold outside but the heating was working really well. I also had a breakfast in the hotel, simple but with a bit of everything, just right.

One of the sheets looked like it was past its use date. This didn't bother me as it was clean, just a suggestion if looking for improvement.

There was a nice young woman in the reception who spoke good english as well. In Hungary that is something that is not very common. In general she did her job well, no problems.

Very helpful reception desk staff, helped us with a lot of useful information. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean and the location is close to the city center, but still in a quiet area.

Some of the rooms didn't have air conditioning and the heat was horrible. There was no info about this on booking.

Booked it a few hours before arriving; I appreciate the staff waited until I got there. I needed a place to rest for the night and it was ideal for that
