It was strategically located near the city centre and was very close to the family that we were visiting

The fact that the entrance of the hotel is right in the street, rather than being fenced off. It was a concern especially since we had young children.

Very good African style breakfast. Staff was exceptionally polite and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall satisfaction with cleanliness, staff attitude, quality of services, interior equipment and quality wifi signal. Breakfast was also good.

The dinner was not worth the money invested. Quantity and also the menu itself. I note that I asked for vegetarian.

The arrival experience was very nice : the lady at the reception welcomed us and directly asked us for the dinner ( we had a half board stay). She explained us how to enter the car in the enclosed parking. The room was very spacious. It was clean. The food was tasty.

The area around is not very safe but inside the hotel it's fine. The traffic in the city to get to the place after 6pm is terrible.

The hotel was well situated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was by order due to the Covid situation and was suggested standard Kenyan breakfast. Beds were normal.

The window was looking to the closed area, the ground of which was parking, so terrible pollution smell was coming into the room. The shower was not clean at all, but this is the problem of all Kenya's hotels as I noticed.

The receptionist was quite helpful, loved the breakfast, clean rooms, great location.
