Very spacious room with a balcony with a great view of the mountains in the distance. Clean, and plenty of towels and toiletries. Superb breakfast with a wide choice of items and good quality. Very friendly host and staff; they met us at the bus stop on arrival to take us to the accommodation. Good location in the village and close to the bus stop for easy access to other places including for walks. Their related restaurant in the village is also good.

The decor is old-fashioned but not a problem for us. There is no air conditioning so in good summer weather the room could be too warm. The double bed was two single beds with frames pushed together so not comfortable.

This was an exceptional stay in the beautiful hills/mountains. We loved the balcony. The views were absolutely stunning; honestly best views of my life. I was impressed by the welcoming/friendly host. Very clean room with spotless sheets and extra towels. Warm water for shower and handwashing. Free parking and an additional bonus of the host’s restaurant down the street (walkable); delicious meals and drinks. We were full our entire trip and was especially impressed by the free breakfast included (abundant of options; most delicious variety of croissants, pastries, meats/cheese, etc.). Will be coming back for our anniversary!

For visitors coming out of the country, be sure to have the host’s number (#) readily available for check-in. Call the host for an easy check-in.

The breakfast is the best in our 10-day trip to Dolomites! The service person in the breakfast room is very kind too. The view from the balcony is great. Our room is also big, but quite empty without enough furniture.

Be aware that check-in process may not be very smooth if you don't call service staff before arrive. She/he may not be in the hotel when you arrive. We didn't get any message about a call needed. Since international call is not convenient for us, we sent a message to them via booking.com, but the response was quite delayed. It happened to have another family called and arrived later, the service staff showed up. She told us that we should have called her, a message from booking.com could be delayed.

We had an excellent stay at this guest house. Beautiful views from each room, delicious breakfast like nowhere else, a bit far from most of activities but quiet and perfect for lazy holiday. Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotless clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good wifi if you need to plan your day, also the reception has up to date weather forecast and free bus pass.

It is allowed in this country to smoke, so we had to breathe in the smoke from the neighbors balcony.

We liked the location, staff, cleaning of the room, breakfast was nice (boiled eggs, fruits, ham, cheese, sweets) The view from the room is amazing!

The tempurature in the evening was 3 degree, so there were cold in the room. Radiators are turned off and no air conditioner. I understand the system and the reason why, but would be good to have a separate heaters or something else.

Poor communication about check in procedures - it would be good to know in advance that we have to ring and wait for staff on arrival (because domestic travellers have data only SIM cards). Other contact arrangements could have been made. Rooms on small side - also be advised that double bed room is two singles pushed together (ok - not unusual) - but with wooden frames around each single there is a hard gap in between (not a sleeping double).

It seems that all properties in the region are very expensive - value for money could be better.

Warm, clean and comfortable with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of local produce and fresh bakery selection. On arrival, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and what we could do/where we could eat as we were only there 2 nights. Liked that the accommodation came with a Dolomiti card which allowed free use of the local bus up the mountain.

The breakfast is nice and complete, lots of choice, the beds are quite confortable. The floor heating in the bathroom. The fact that they set up the Dolomiti pass for you which i didn't even know existed!

It's a little bit hot in the room, we had to open the window to let some fresh cold air in.

Very nice hotel with big rooms, balcony and own parking. The view from the balcony is superb and so was the breakfast, actually one of the best I’ve ever had. Very nice, friendly and hard working host, gave us every indication we needed. Also, cleaning service was very good.

We liked everything. It’s a very pleasant location to stay and visit the main attractions. We very much enjoyed the hikes and the food is great at the suggested restaurant.
