The Hotel was exceptional. The service and the food was amazing and the Rooms were beautiful.

The so called „Terme“, the Spa, was really bad. It was only two swimming pools with cold water and only elderly people in them. Not recommended if you want to go on this holiday for spa & relaxing

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Švicarija in Terme Dobrna! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere of the hotel overall was relaxing and peaceful. We especially loved the breakfast – a delicious and generous selection that set us up perfectly for the day. The highlight for us was definitely the wellness area. The pools and saunas were excellent – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the surrounding nature, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

i do not have enough words to compliment the location, the staff and the amenities. bed was extremely comfortable, half board selection was great and parking safe and conveniently close to the hotel. Park in vicinity with a lot of information and greatly taken care of with lawn mowers robots that we named "Dorel" Spa is at a 5 min walk across the park in the Vita Hotel modernly equiped

because we had such a wonderful stay here, all afterwards got very small grades.

The food was very good. Staff is helpfull and plasent. We spent 4 nights during summer and hotel was cooled down to a pleasent temperature or even colder then preferred. We also used fitness room. We were visiting with the baby and everyone was friendly. Also note, on the pool of the near by hotel that is included in the price mostly old people are visitots.

Reheating the pancakes, designed to be slim and translucent but unfortunately turning soggy due to their thickness and slight crust, becomes a culinary challenge. While the sauna may offer a unique experience, the off-putting odor, significantly detracts from the overall experience. The absence of a balcony and a compact gym add to the considerations for those seeking specific amenities in this otherwise comfortable setting

The highlight for me was the abundant greenery surrounding the hotel and the nearby park, creating a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the boutique 4-star aesthetic. The extensive variety of greens adds a unique charm to the overall ambiance. Moreover, the food choices offered at the hotel were not only diverse but also incredibly delicious. Every bite was a delight, making dining an enjoyable experience. The spacious room, though simple, exuded a lovely charm, providing a comfortable retreat. However, the absence of a balcony was a minor drawback. Nonetheless, Hotel Svicarija's overall charm, coupled with its lush surroundings and delectable cuisine, makes it a standout choice for a memorable stay.

While my stay at Hotel Svicarija was mostly delightful, I must address a few downsides. Firstly, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the hotel's new saunas, likely attributed to the drainage/sewer system. This unfortunate smell was a notable drawback to an otherwise comfortable experience. Additionally, the gym facilities left room for improvement as they were not well-equipped. The limited selection of equipment may not meet the expectations of fitness enthusiasts. Furthermore, the sauna area, albeit charmingly arranged, the sauna part felt quite small, but has more then enough space for relaxation. It's important to note that these issues, apart from the unfortunate odor in the saunas, were not distinctively problematic.

The staff were extremely helpful and the service is really high quality. I got a flower for women’s day at the reception. The hotel is very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. We stayed there with our small children and staff was very understanding.

There was dust under the bed which seemed to be there for a while. That was disturbing for us as small children keep dropping things on the floor and they fall under the bed too.

Hotel has a beautiful, vintage looks inside and outside, but it's also noticeable that is renewed recently. It's clean and the staff is kind. Food buffet was ok. Location is calm, surrounded by nature.

We did not know that the pool is in another hotel about 300m further from this one. There are no activities near.

Very comfortable, very nice, very professional staff, the place is amazing. Very cool and relaxing time.

The food could be a bit better, it was really ok, but I expected a bit more in veraity and taste.

Room perfectly cleaned, good position for visiting Slovenia. Lot of services available in the hotel. Nice park for a walk with a playground for children.
