The best hotel in Odessa! Location, food, service, comfort, view, breakfast just wow! The staff sprinkled the room with flowers and rose petals for our special day and greeted us! Without a doubt, we will live in M1 again when we are in Odessa.

Perfect location and careful personnel — they even brought me a cake and glass of Prosecco because it was my b-day. But I didn’t tell them about the date. Also it’s a pet-friendly hotel so I stayed with my dog.

A little bit old room and especially floor (maybe because I’ve stayed with my dog so it was like a special room in case doggy could spoil smth).

1. Very polite and friendly staff that’s always eager to help. 2. Nicely decorated overall, though some renovation of rooms wouldn’t hurt. 3. Descent breakfast options, it also possible to order something from kitchen individually.

1. There’s no kettle to have tea or coffee in the room, which is kinda basics these days. The only option to have a tea/coffee is the room service, which is not convenient. 2. Audibility is very high. You can clearly hear not only your neighbours but also music from the rooftop restaurant. As a consequence, we’ve got woken up early in the morning (~7 am) by the staff cleaning up other rooms.

I've staying there all the time when i'm visiting Odesa, they serves perfect breakfast nice service, good bartender, they have nice shelter full minibar and nice view. Can't wait to visit again.

The location and view were nice

All night neighbor from the top was walking very hard in a room and we couldn’t sleep at all. Reception was helpful What kind of floor is it , that it’s so noisy if someone waking from top. Why it’s so weak …unbelievable. 5 star hotel , but audibility so high.

Nice hotel close to the city centre and beach. The sea view is amazing. Had some problems with the air conditioner - the staff help really quickly.

Some things in the rooms definitely require innovation or repair (mosquitos net falls out, had some problems with hot water, some furniture is scratched)

M1 Club Hotel! remember this name as this is best hotel in Odessa! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with here for a weekend part of Best Odessa Hotel research and honestly I am so happy that I found this place. I will start from check in- all staff are very professional and amazingly well trained as well very polite in the lobby you can concierge lady she was very helpful all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager who have been great at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby. The room was lovely, super clean and bright with most comfortable bed and modern facilities and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice restaurant, so we have great business evening out as well. We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Overall I had best stay ever in Odessa and thank you all for free welcome 🍾
