Very nice hote. Staff was beyond helpful. Codi was very sweet and made me feel very welcomed and made sure I had what I needed when I ordered pizza's to be delivered to the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Not a big fan of the barn doors though, much prefer a normal door for the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

Frosted glass barn doors for the bathroom door and they dont lock. Not vents in bathroom either. My fridge was barely working, and I was supposed to have another brought up, and that never happened.

The pool was a bit crowded that particular Saturday, but my teenagers still spent a little bit of time in the hottub, then they decided to take advantage of the gym. My teenagers enjoyed the gym a lot. The young lady at the front desk was accomadating l and offered to sign me up for Holiday Inn member perks, which I appreciated. Overall the hotel appearance is nice, inside and out. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable.

This is our go-to spot when we visit our client in the area. It is consistently a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.

The breakfast - it is $16 and it was served with paper plates and plastic cutlery. If you're having a picnic, great. When you're paying $16 for an average buffet, not great. The temperature control in my room was not great. I could not turn off the blower for the heating/cooling in my room, despite having the setting to off. It just blew cool air the whole time.

Good location. Enjoyed pool. Very clean overall.

Unhappy about paying for parking. Doesn’t make sense when hotel has a large parking lot all to itself with plenty of open spaces. Also very disappointed with restaurant. Not an option for lunch or dinner for family. Very much geared towards bar and alcohol crowd. Not as described on website as family friendly.

Reservation said breakfast was included which was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. When I went down I was told it was only vouchers for 2 people which sucked because it was me and my 3 children. It was supposed to be until 9:30 but when I went there at 9:15, everything was put away except for a few bagels. The kitchen staff did offer to bring me a few things out but I felt bad because they had put it all away. I feel it was misleading that breakfast was included

Great location! The room was quiet and overall a nice hotel.

Definitely, the bathroom door is a problem. Not only does light go through it, it doesn't close tightly so everything you are doing in the bathroom can be heard in the room! The breakfast wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't pay for it again.

Everything exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and restocked every day. The meals were fresh and fabulous. The staff was friendly and professional. Sets a high standard for future stays.

I would have used a shuttle service to the airport and/or Max rail station.

Room was spacious and comfortable. We booked for 1 night and stayed 3 - and came back a week later rather than looking for another hotel in the area. Coffee / hot water available in lobby all the time was good. Not too far from the light rail (one reason we chose original booking).

Dinner choice was limited - more vegetables please - although this is a problem we find at most places in the USA. We thought the breakfast was not good value so didn't have any.

Offered free parking since I was member, clean room with plenty of towels, good breakfast, this hotel will continue to be my go to when staying in hillsboro its in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful

The only thing I would work on is finding the right strength on the hot tub jets last time I stayed here they were way too strong but now they're so low I could barely tell they were on but everything else was amazing

The hotel is good, only negative is that Booking.com is used to book this hotel - so it does not recognize your hotel status - also the hotel staff was not able to connect the booking to your account - so better to not use Booking.com to book your hotel
