You could access the pool area from a patio door in our room. I thought that was great. The pool area is indoor, so there was no sunlight coming in to wake us in the morning but we had very close access to the parking lot right across the hall.

The staff are welcoming and provided excellent service.

I stepped on broken glass in my room. The housekeeping staff brought a vacuum to the room quickly.

Nice rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. All in all a great facility.

Not relaited to the hotel, but google maps/drive took me through a bizzare path - indirectly through a residential area, through a school zone only to double back to get to your actual location. On departure, I found a much, much more direct path out of town and to home. But even then, google drive insisted on directing to a really bizzare circuitous route. You....may want to check on that.

Maps takes you around to the back of the building by the liquor store. perhaps a sign that the Inn entrance is on the other side of the building . Shower was terrible, confusing to use, and could get no water pressure

Excellent location in Brandon. We had adjoining rooms poolside which made it easier to visit. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. Quiet, restful place. Nice to have a dining room on site so we could eat there rather than go out.

I LOVE that I can pay with a debit card and my security deposit gets returned the day I check out. Not like a credit card. Sometimes I have to call to “remind” the hotel to release the security deposit. Super knowledgeable and kind staff.

Everything was great. They were great with our dog and room was spacious and very comfortable. Dinner from the restaurant was absolutely delicious.

I would have liked to have gone for a swim but pool was full of little kids having fun til very late.

The suite we booked was beautiful and spacious

The Red Cross was using the hotel as a shelter for evacuees from up north. This made it a little uncomfortable as the pool was full of unsupervised children and other crowding issues in the hotel. That being said we cannot complain of who books the hotel or that people were fleeing fires.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool side room was super convenient. The shower was also an added bonus.

Lumpy pillows. I feel bad for even putting it, but that's my only complaint.

Bathrooms do not have bathtubs, just a stand up shower with very low water pressure and very hard to control water temperature
