Everything in this hotel is at the highest level. The reception has amazing guys who are ready to help at any time of the day, organize a tour of Alanya, reserve a transfer for you, call a taxi, connect with another hotel, help rent a private car. Transfer to the city and the beach works several times a day and at a convenient time. The food is at the top level. Hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Even afternoon tea. During two weeks our stay at the hotel, the food was never repeated. A huge selection of salads, cold appetizers, unique soups, different fruits and of course a lot of hot food. Drinks for everyone, both juices and hot drinks like tea, coffee and so on. Fantastic staff at the bar who manage get satisfied everyone of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A special hello to the manager who seemed to not sleep at all. From early morning until late at night he could always be seen in the hotel courtyard. He not only managed the entire system but also actively participated and helped the staff both in the kitchen and outside. Cleaning is on point. The girls work very conscientiously and deliver everything that is needed. They do the job very cleanly. The pool workers work all day long. The pools are very clean and everything is in order every day. Thanks to all the staff in the person of the Manager, the Chef (I didn't ask his name, he had a loooooong head cover), the entire kitchen staff, the fantastic guy Taner (Pizzaman) who never stopped making pizzas, Okan, Bunyamin, Hasan (a bit older one), Hasan (a bityounger one at bar), Firat, Musa, Can, Ihsan, Selami and his replacement (I didn't remember his name unfortunately), Hussein, Yusuf and others (sorry, I didn't name anyone), you are all fantastic guys. Super!!!!!

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay there longer :-)

Food is good, staff is very helpful and kind, most of them try to know you and say something in your language like "how are you". Kitchen chef is very kind and available. There is shuttle to beach and back and also to the center of Alanya (but not back). Had room on the most far end looking to park and trees which turned out to be good option if you want quiet nights and shades.

There are too many buildings for one bar and people drinking alcohol drinks occupy it. Beach has strict rules and you can buy drinks and food in the beach bar but can't carry you own (no all inclusive for the beach)

It is a good clean all inclusive hotel with a good friendly staff. All was comfy tasty and easy to access during the whole stay. Pool bar is a good place for good evening talks. Can "the barmen", he is quiet good in his work. I would definetely stay there again.

Food was okay in general but something could be a bit better maybe. Everything is okay with a good value for the money you pay. In case you need a good price/performance all inclusive in Alanya, you can choose this one.

- They didn't find a toilet on the beach (maybe they were looking badly) - The spa does not have a very pleasant smell (I assume that poor ventilation) - small fitness center (it is difficult to engage more than two people) - wi-fi does not pull in the second half of the room

We liked the overall feeling from the hotel and the stay itself. The staff was exceptionally well behaved, always doing the extra mile. The hotel was comfortable and clean, overall experience was really great, especially given the price. The food could have been better, but what can you expect for a stay that charges 600 eur for 2 people for 7 nights? Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks were awesome, there was a tap beer available from 10 am to 12 am as well as entire pool bar with a range of various drinks included in all inclusive.

The food could've been better but given the price it was awesome. Do not expect full range of second meals, there were always about 4 to choose from and the taste was not the best, but they were offering full range of various vegetable salads and a lot of fruits and desserts which saved the situation – in summer I tend to eat more healthy food. Air conditioning was badly mounted onto the wall – it was pouring cold air all night directly on our beds and when we tried to put it on a lower level, it was almost the same, no difference in amount of the air or the temperature.

A very pleasant stay. Everything ticked all of our boxes. The staff are very friendly and always at hand to help with any queries. When we arrived we were allocated the wrong room. This was sorted with no issues the following morning. Bar and waiting staff were also great, always ensuring top service with a smile. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily. One little downisde was that the aircon was located right above the bed meaning you got a mix of hot and cold temperatures whilst sleeping, nevertheless it was not a major issue. The pool was also very nice however maybe a bit on the smaller side given the amount of guests and size of hotel. Perhaps the funny side to it all was that all sunbeds were reserved as people would deliberately wake up very early in the morning, put their towels down on a sunbed and then go back to sleep. You do sort of have to play the same game to be able to have a sunbed or two for the day. Food wise, you get what you pay for. There was always a nice variety of meats, salads and other sides. The turkish pitta in between meals was very tasty. Desserts were top notch. Furthermore, there was a nice selection of drinks for everyone, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Overall I do highly recommend, I would stay again.

Very kid-friendly. Friendly staff, good swimming pools. There is even a good shop for babies nearby.

Schedule of shuttle buses to the beach is not very suitable for children, so we had to go to beach by ourselves. There is slightly more than 1 km to the dedicated beach, and the roads are not comfortable for walking with baby stroller.

it’s weird to not have an option to invite your friend to your room which is not stay in a hotel. I rent an apartment in the hotel so that means that I can invite whoever I want during the day. I’m not taking about to keep friends for night or allow them to use the restaurant or the bar no. I’m taking about the room which I rent and I wanna talk with anybody inside but not in the lobby. Have u ever heard that people rent a room in the hotel to sign their own contracts or smth else ? please change your opinion about that , it’s too weird to have a rules like that

All inclusive restaurant is amazing. Apart from traditional meal times, they serve some snacks during the day and the bar is open almost all day long. Restaurant and kitchen staff are doing great job! Rooms are comfortable, cleaning is done timely, staff is super friendly and always reacts quickly. They speak several languages at the reception and are there 24/7.

I believe there is nothing to complain about. Great value for money and comfort!

Good, basic hotel. Nothing specially, but good enough. Staff was best!!

Cleaner lady was very good, but she always left the balcony door open, even though we asked her to close the door. We were one night somewhere else than hotelroom, so balcony door was open 24h. Not good. The pool area was small. People booked sunbed early in the morning, but comes to the pool afternoon :(
