The hot breakfast was GREAT and the Staff was SO friendly, kind and helpful. Staff members who I want to point out are Michael (front desk and weekend breakfast), the lovely lady who does the weekday breakfast and the 2 ladies working the front desk during 2nd shift (sorry I didn't get everyone's names). The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and friendly.

Can't think of a thing.

The food was good. Sausage and biscuit, fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk in carton instead of from a pitcher individually boxed cereal instead of cereal dispenser. Containers/sacks for breakfast to go. Some sausage was cooked to a crusty/brown level, the way I prefer, instead of just warmed. Yogurt was regular or Greek choices. Fruit included bananas which are much easier to eat than apples.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was well equipped, good size, bed very comfortable and room refrigerator generous in size. Local eateries had food that was tasty and very reasonably priced. The free breakfast had many choices including three hot offerings besides make-your-own waffles or pancakes. We've stayed there 4 times in the last 2 years and loved it each time.

Breakfast was excellent- very large variety of foods. Scrambled eggs were tasty, omelets were very good, biscuits were great. Staff was friendly and helpful and asked if they could be of further assistance. Disposable gloves were made available to help prevent the spread of germs in the breakfast buffet area.

Our view was of the parking lot from our first floor room. Had to keep blinds lowered to prevent people from looking into our first floor room from the parking lot. The accessible room itself was good. However because it was accessible, there was no barrier on floor to prevent shower water from getting into the rest of the bathroom, even with a towel I put on the floor under the shower curtain to try to prevent this.

Breakfast was great, attendant was on top of everything. We had our wheelchair bound father with us she went above and Beyond to accommodate him. Bringing him fresh sweet bun out after they were complete. I tipped her well as I noticed everyone else was enjoying but not taking care of her.

It was clean and quiet! The front desk staff were very polite and professional!

My room had a lot of wasted space which could be utilized to give guests added comfort! Maybe a corner bench or chair on the opposite side of the desk n chair or even a small 2 seater table near the microwave/fridge! Maybe a corner stand up mirror to accentuate the esthetics!

They were respectful, and took care of us snd every was good. Just coffee machine in room would not work. Though i was on 1st floor so i was able to get coffee in the lobby easily.

My car broke down at the hotel. Though it was a rental and it was replaced

Hotel was clean and well-located, perfect for our purposes. Husband said the breakfast was really good. I was surprised at how large the room was! Great experience overall.

1. requested room away from common areas. assigned room next to the elevator and ice maker. 2. unfriendly sign posted on all entry doors declaring the requirement for all guests to remove and clean their boots before entry, else the hotel will apply a cleaning charge. troubling brand of hospitality.

beds and linens are good...staf is friendly, breakfast is better than most similarly priced hotels. have stayed her 3 or 4. times previously.
