BW makes it really easy to check-in & out of the facility. The rooms are great size, and have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is decent, with a good variety of items to choose from, and the location is perfect. You are right in the heart of town and have easy access to the beach.

The only thing that was a little frustrating was the booking. I selected BW Site, but ended up going through booking.com unknowingly. I selected BW due to price listed which was $169 per night, which is a fabulous deal especially for the weekend. By the time I completed my booking, my total had gone up to $604 & change. I thought that included the $150 incidental deposit, and our 2 night stay. My card was charge before we even checked in, and I was charged an additional $150 when we got there for incidental. I don't believe the miscommunication was BW fault, and booking.com should have been more clear on all the fee's, taxes, etc. Non the less we always chose BW for our travels. This was the most expensive trip to the coast we have booked. Lesson learned I guess.

Breakfast was great. I like the full breakfast, not just continental. The gal that was doing the clean up was very friendly. Great to talk with. Everything else was good, except Amber. This gal was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I asked her for a couple extra things and she came through awesome. She really made our weekend for my gals birthday. Amber needs a raise and no she didn't pay me to say that. Ha

Some of the guest were a little loud going through the halls and some door slamming, but that is pretty normal in a hotel. It's just people with no respect. Nothing you can do.

Felt like we didn’t do enough in town so we decided the day of 6/29/25 to add one more day. It’s Close to everything, the staff was AMAZING, BREAKFAST was as good as you can get. But the hostess for the morning breakfast was so sweet, friendly, and accommodating- enjoyed her personality!

Besides the door slamming if you don’t catch it and the shower water would switch off cold and hot/ warm. Those are the only things I have complaints about.

Almost everything went well. The weekday counter clerk and breakfast worker were excellent and very friendly and very nice. Room size, décor and general hotel cleanliness and aesthetics were excellent.

An issue we had was with the tackiness of the lobby/breakfast area floor after moping/cleaning. Also, the room was nice but would have been better with an additional lounge chair and a small coffee table. Side door key access would be a nice addition for guests with rooms at the ends of the wings of the hotel.

Nice Hotel. We've stayed in quite a few in this town, and this is now our place to stay. The breakfast alone, makes it worth the price. Beds comfortable, room was clean.

The Staff was friendly with the exception of one person at the front desk. The hotel was pretty empty and we asked to check in a few hours early. We are older and needed to rest after the drive. Maybe it's corporate policy to charge extra for early check in but seriously the hotel was nearly empty. Breakfast was great.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast (although I have dietary restrictions and while I appreciated the effort with the dairy-free options, they didn't work for me).

I know it's hard to accommodate so many different dietary needs and choices, but dairy-free that isn't almond or soy would be very much appreciated. Also, something gluten-free would be appreciated.

The staff was very helpful in registering and working with us on moving to a different room. Nice to have a hot breakfast available 😋 Fun to make our own waffle! Adding our dogs on @ last minute was effortless.

Finding Black Mold in room 221. Then my husband cut his hand on the toilet dispenser in room 216(he showed me on the way home). It's rusty and doesn't work well.

Lorraine, the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly, knowledge about the area and very helpful. She represents Best Western very well. She was always smiling and made us feel special!

We had to specifically request a rubber bath mat for the shower. A hot tub would have made our stay complete!

Hotel staff was personable and informative. King room with sofa was spacious. The bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows. The heating unit and refrigerator quietly kicked on unlike some hotel units. Breakfast was well stocked with ample selection.

Breakfast: bacon was sliced so thin that it was nearly tasteless. Eggs were rubbery.

On a roadtrip so we stayed for one night. The location was great, close to city center but quiet. It is a nice hotel, looks new, decoration is modern and extended breakfast included, with warm and cold options

We were suprised the beds had coil springs. One of our beds was apparently that old that there was not a good place to sleep. Left, right or middle of the bed did not sleep great.
