Adorable little place. It's not fancy but very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, well stocked kitchens with full size fridge and stove/oven. Well stocked restroom supplies including the necessities like shampoo and extra paper products. Cute little decks overlooking a grassy area for the kiddos to play and walking distance to the beach. Perfect ajoining "apartments" for our family get together with our adult children and their youngsters. We only wished for TVs in the bedrooms and hot tubs :D Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

No televisions in at least one of the bedrooms so everyone had to watch what the kiddos wanted to watch but we were playing outside most of the time anyway so it wasn't a huge deal.

Excellent quiet location with star viewing, and deer running around behind the deck. Close to everything but not busy.great Beach novelty decor.

Cable TV, couldn't access NETFLIX or prime. Fine for our party. In room coffee was bland, could use liquid creamers. The neighbors light came on several times while we were enjoying the stars, motion activated?

What a great room! It was huge, updated, clean, and comfortable! You can definitely tell that they are working on updating the property, so give them a little grace on the exterior esthetics. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. It is a great location, close enough to walk to some of the towns attractions, and the boardwalk, but far enough away to have a quiet night. We will definitely stay here again and bring our pups since it is pet friendly! Just an fyi.. you have to check in at their other property, Oceanview Inn at the Arch, which is just down the street from this property, and check-in and out was quick and seamless.

The property was peaceful and quiet, the units were clean and well maintained, and the location was around 5 minutes away from several beach access points! We had a lovely time during our stay, and we felt safe and taken care of, we will most definitely come back in the future for more exciting adventures! :)

Nice and spacious, very close to the beach, and had everything we needed.

We came at the check in time (3pm) but the room wasn’t ready, so we had to rearrange our plans. Also, definitely an older building with the bathroom door taking a bit to close. Didn’t bother us though.

Nothing, only recommendations like towel/coat hooks by from door. Would have booked for 2 nights but there wasn’t availability! Got woken up from the motorcycle driver staying next door who revved their engine at 7am. Wish parking wasn’t so close the door!

This was a good little place for my husband and kids. We are used to camping so in comparison this place was great LOL. It could use a little more art work to feel more inviting but otherwise everything was great. So grateful for the kitchen!

Pull out bed was terrible. You could feel every single spring in that mattress.

The parent company is down the street , you have to go there first to check in. Kinda silly but whatever. Big open room wasn’t bad , but would be nice if you could see the tv from the bed.

This property is within walking distance to downtown Long Beach and to the beach. It's clean and comfortable and was perfect for a quick trip to the beach with my daughter. Having two separate bedrooms was a big plus for us.

Lighting is not the best.

This was the perfect room, just what we needed. Clean and well stocked. Perfect patio to relax and enjoy our treats. Very quiet and felt very safe. Our six year old need much needed breaks after the very close walk to beach and coming back to our little home was so convenient…….
