Adorable little place. It's not fancy but very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, well stocked kitchens with full size fridge and stove/oven. Well stocked restroom supplies including the necessities like shampoo and extra paper products. Cute little decks overlooking a grassy area for the kiddos to play and walking distance to the beach. Perfect ajoining "apartments" for our family get together with our adult children and their youngsters. We only wished for TVs in the bedrooms and hot tubs :D Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

No televisions in at least one of the bedrooms so everyone had to watch what the kiddos wanted to watch but we were playing outside most of the time anyway so it wasn't a huge deal.

What a great room! It was huge, updated, clean, and comfortable! You can definitely tell that they are working on updating the property, so give them a little grace on the exterior esthetics. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. It is a great location, close enough to walk to some of the towns attractions, and the boardwalk, but far enough away to have a quiet night. We will definitely stay here again and bring our pups since it is pet friendly! Just an fyi.. you have to check in at their other property, Oceanview Inn at the Arch, which is just down the street from this property, and check-in and out was quick and seamless.

Nothing, only recommendations like towel/coat hooks by from door. Would have booked for 2 nights but there wasn’t availability! Got woken up from the motorcycle driver staying next door who revved their engine at 7am. Wish parking wasn’t so close the door!

This was a good little place for my husband and kids. We are used to camping so in comparison this place was great LOL. It could use a little more art work to feel more inviting but otherwise everything was great. So grateful for the kitchen!

Pull out bed was terrible. You could feel every single spring in that mattress.

This was the perfect room, just what we needed. Clean and well stocked. Perfect patio to relax and enjoy our treats. Very quiet and felt very safe. Our six year old need much needed breaks after the very close walk to beach and coming back to our little home was so convenient…….

We had a great stay, great location we were able to walk to downtown and the beach a bit far but the weather was great and we would come bak.

the only real issue was it was pet freindly but previous pet owners never picked up there dog poo. The couch is small and very uncomfortable to enjoy a TV show, The ceiling was falling in by the sliding door and it smelled a bit moldy, you can tell there are working on cleaning it up.

Very big Cottage, very clean updated. Big Deck with chairs. Very roomy and spacious. Beautiful property.

The door of the first bedroom on the left got stuck and my son couldn't get out. The couple of stairs on the front little porch are not of the right level and are too high. Dangerous to get up and down them

Bed was wonderful, staff top notch and friendly, and very clean. Love the added decorations on the walls.

Could us a couple more touches. Bigger trashcan, new fridge, and a new broom and dustpan is a must. The water wasn't drinkable from the tap.

No breakfast but I was very satisfied with this bungalow...where else are you gonna get a room with two bedrooms and a full kitchen for $129 a night withing walking distance to the beach...great deal for a decent room!

There was no pool or Jacuzzi ): but for the price I'm good with that!

The unit was clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen items were up-to-date and cleaning supplies were provided. All appliances were also clean and functional.

The kitchen lighting can use some help...maybe overhead at the oven or counter?
