I was in town for a conference at the Tucson Convention Center. The hotel is just a 15 minute walk away. Also very close to the Sun Tran light rail which is very convenient. Breakfast was very good and offered plenty of choices. Pretty much everything I needed for a short stay.

They could've cleaned the rooms more often. I know they are trying to save money on labor, but no one even came once to clean or touch up the room in the four days I was there.

Outdated hotel and the grouchy woman employee setting out the breakfast was rude telling my son he was using the wrong serving spoon to use on the warm trays, I was in front of my son and the idiot man in from of me didn’t know how to serve himself and disorganized her spoon order. She seemed like she didn’t like her job.

Location was great. Right by a streetcar stop and a couple of blocks from the Mercado. Nice views of the hills from the patio.

The fans in the breakfast room blew cold air down my neck but I changed seats to fix it. That's the only negative I can think of.

Decent breakfast. 5 Minute walk to the convention center so super convenient for convention travelers. Right off the freeway but did not notice traffic noise, super close to everything downtown or UofA. Courtyard rooms have a nice patio area to sit at so great during the fall to spring months. Large outdoor area that would be perfect for large business gatherings or parties. Beds and linen were good. The suites were very nice, a good value (I didn't have one but I was able to visit someone who did).

AC unit was loud and could use an update to a more efficient temperature control set up, though the room was cool enough even in the summer so it's ok. Rooms were dated and in need of TLC, chipped paint, tile, old fixtures, nothing major but overall could use a renovation sooner than later. The exterior rooms had an outside area but it was just walled off and not very attractive to use. Terrace cafe was a nice usable area for the buffet events at our convention but it could really use some attention, its just an enclosed Arizona room with no central air or anything of its own.

I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the room.

I made a request to refresh our towels at 9am but no one came by until 2pm. I even called the front desk again around noon, I was informed that the towels were, coming, and around 1pm, I made a third call and was instructed to find the housekeeping staff and ask them for the amenities. Also the door lock would not open all the time.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. However, it was the the same everyday with no variation in hot food served.

If there was an elevator to the 2nd floor where my room was I didn't see any signs for it. Stairs were a challenge with my bags.

Rooms was nice. And the pill and jacuzzi areas were also very nice. It rained but we still used both. I also think the girl at the front desk was awesome. We had a minor issue with the room she put us in at first. But we called her immediately about issue, and within 2 minutes she was at the door and took us to a different room that was great. She really went above and beyond our expectations. Please give her a good ole pat on the back for being great

The AC was a little off. It didn't seem to cool down room.

Well located, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Exit gates to the hotel, clatter loudly when closing.

Great price for great location, quality rooms and pool. Helpful and courteous staff.

Lack of airport shuttle, though it says this place has one on website.
