We were in Arizona visiting family. We decided to take a day trip to Tombstone and Tucson. We had such a great time we decided to stay another day . We booked the stay online. The price was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The water was hot, the bed was comfortable, it was exactly what I was looking for.

My only complaint was the road noise . If the air conditioner was on you couldn't even hear it. All in all I definitely got my money's worth.

The best staff at this location.From Wendy, Karen, Jesus, Tamika in the front office to Manuel and Ricardo in maintenance. Lisa and Joe are always on property no matter the time of day to handle stuff. The Cleaning girls are efficient and sweet.

The only thing I don't like are the rude people that rent here. They throw their cigarette butts all over it food containers. It's rude. They wouldn't do that at their own house, why should the motel staff have to clean that up.Dont be rude, throw your trash away.

I don't know why this motel has so many bad reviews, because I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating, and while it's located near the highway, you can easily walk your way to downtown.

It's true that the area can be a little sketchy at night

Love everyone in the office. Maintenance works his butt off. Housekeeping leaves alot to be desired. They angered me two separate times. Lazy and snotty. My floor was soaked dried it with a towel. The towel was black afterward. Said don't wash my floor the 2nd time and they did anyways. I cannot handle the smelly stuff they use on the floor. It makes my allergies so much worse.

The housekeeping staff is absolutely not up to par.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding. Wendy at the front desk assisted me in extending my stay snd went above and beyond even though their reservation system was down. Wendy is a tremendous asset to this operation. I say that as a seasoned traveller with many journeys behind me. Given the opportunity she would make a terrific General Manager for a large resort-luxury property.

Internet service was spotty at times.

Wendy in the front office is absolutely the most amazing lady. She does so much work, and does it with a smile. She is accommodating and wonderful to all that come in. If anyone deserves a pay Raise it is her.

I didn't like that the weekend rate went up this weekend because of a football game and some Hispanic band playing. I know from visits before the Gem show is when the rates are tripled.

Wendy in the front office is the absolute most wonderful person I've had the pleasure to deal with. Everyone from the office, all exceptional service Claudia and her housekeepers all wonderful. The maintenance guys are the three hardest working men I've seen in a long time.

I would LOVE for EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE TO GET A PAY RAISE.

Love the staff here. From Wendy in the front office to the housekeeping staff. Every employee here is exceptional. Wendy works so hard and keeps EVERYTHING running.

All the negative reviews by other people. They had problems that they obviously made themselves. I have NEVER had 1 single problem that wasn't immediately handled by the staff.

The stay was great! Amanda went above and beyond to help me, and the GM Lisa is very sweet and understanding. Amanda, Selena, and Lisa ( and 2 other positive vibrant maids), keep up the good customer service!!

Awesome service. Most friendly motel staff I've ever encountered. Most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept on. I'm definitely going to change my mattresses from firm to soft. I loved that bed

Location was a bit awkward to find, and not in a very good neighborhood. But the grounds themselves are nice.
