We loved the ambience of the Leo Kent. Really beautiful decor throughout; very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Very strong water pressure in the huge shower! The location of the hotel is perfect -very convenient to restaurants and there is a streetcar stop a few steps away.

Pillows were awful, waaaay too soft. I asked for firmer pillows but the ones that came were just the same. Ah well. The bed was very comfortable at least.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We were there on a night out on our anniversary and they went above ane beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite that they upgraded us to was comfortable and well appointed. The very best part was the free standing tub.

We went for a nightcap and sat for about 10 minutes, no one approached us so we went to the room instead. The bar area is beautiful though.

Bed, the property was very nice, the valet service was wonderful, and we loved downtown

I wish the front desk was less busy. I called once to get my car and they just never answered. I called another time for the same reason and they didn’t tell the valet. I also disliked that the valet then became openly frustrated with front desk. Things like that shatter the illusion. I would also have liked for the bar/restaurant area to be well lit.

Great location. Very nice, clean hotel. Valet service available but so is onsite parking in the garage underground. Excellent bar with good craft cocktails. Nespresso machine in room was good to have.

The breakfast was ho-hum, but likely because we were traveling off season so there wasn't much staffing in the morning. Car noise on Congress was loud at night but the front desk has white noise machines and that helped a lot.

I attended a concert across the street at the Fox Theater so this location was wonderful! Room was great and my interaction with staff was also great.

The only negative was street/traffic noise as my room was on the west side of the building. I ended up using a white noise app on my phone to sleep.

We came with our adult children for our yougest college graduation. Beautiful property. Loved the modern decor with a southwest touch. Very classy hotel, And very comfortable. We loved our stay. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as the Sun Link.

Food and bar service is very slow.

Location was great, we spent 2 nights and had a fantastic view of the July 4th fireworks from our room. Will definitely stay again if in the area Chrisso and Charlie

They didnt tell us about the special charcuterie board for July 4th and hard to find the parking lot should be more specific...when coming to the hotel

room should have better seating arrangements chairs not comfortable, shower needed a foot rest, parking garage too tight

Liked the location. Apps for happy hour were excellent.

Someone could have been at the front desk so we didn't have to ask a waitress to find someone.
