Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool and our room was very cosy, nice design.

More options for food at the rooftop restaurant would be great and better service. Our waitress was very slow and didn't give us what we wanted. She offered us dessert but never returned, and I order a vodka soda with a splash of tonic and it arrived looking very green, I think she put lime juice in it, as that is all I could taste, she took a while to check on us, so I ended up drinking it. My daughter mixed cocktail however was delicious. I think she would have had another had the waitress returned in a timely manner.

Loved this hotel. It's right on ASU campus. Very modern hotel with lots of little touches. Small but great rooftop pool - we visited very early in the morning when it was empty but imagine it could get busy. Very comfortable stay with some nice restaurants around. Perfect for ASU. There is also a rooftop bar which was very busy on a Friday however we couldn't hear it from our room, very peaceful! Parking is additional via valet or you can pay for parking on the street.

If you wanted to visit other areas in Tucson, slightly far out the way.

Everything was easy, and the energy in the space is very comforting, very airy, with a bit of whimsy too. Super pleasant.

It would be great to have more casual food options inside the hotel. Doesn't need to be a full restaurant, but maybe a few sandwiches, or salads, or a fruit bowl. Also, at this point many guests will expect free coffee in the lobby every morning (say 6-9 AM). In the afternoons maybe have a container of iced tea in the lobby so people can easily hydrate and refresh.

Decor is SO COOL. Loved the room and the experience. The pool is amazing on the roof top and there are fans spraying you with cool mist while you sunbathe. Short walk into Tucson where there are lots of cool restaurants or tram stops if you want to venture out further. Loved this place and would stay again!

Pool is cleaned with something that leaves calcium type marks on glass. The glass to look over the edge was filthy and my sunglasses had the same marks after just an hour. Very salty on the lips which eventually began to sting and boy, did it burn your eyes! So this wasn't great. But still an awesome pool. There is parking but its $30 a day through the hotel! We only stayed one night but be aware of this if you plan to stay longer as this is EXPENSIVE! There is on street parking but its 2 hour maximum stay 8am - 6pm and free after 6pm. So be prepared to move your car a lot if you chose this option.

Great hotel with great employees and always get great service. Location to University of Arizona is the main reason we booked this hotel. Over the 4 years we’ve booked here, the Graduate has never failed us. Whereas nearby The Aloft has cancelled our bookings 3 times in the past 2 years… as in we arrived at Aloft about 5pm and they told us that they’ve oversold and have no room for us. Instead they moved our reservation 10 miles away from the university. So if you have a choice always choose The Graduate and never go to The Aloft.

Comfortable stylish rooms. Very nice toiletry products. Convenient location close to University of Arizona. Got a very good price as it was off season so good value because of that. Staff were very helpful. Has a lovely rooftop bar but we did not get a chance to use it.

Location is great. Staff is exceptional.

The chairs at the pool are unbelievably uncomfortable. I had 2 days scheduled to sit by the pool, but I ended up staying in my room. After trying to sit in them, my back hurt so much I had to leave. I stayed here last year and I don't remember them being so uncomfortable. The pool is one of the things I love about your hotel and was very disappointed. I tried taking up a pillow from my room, but it was awkward.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to restaurants and campus. Roof top pool was lovely, but not a lot of chairs so you may have to wait for one to open up. The view is stunning up there! Unfortunately there was a long line at the restaurant on the top floor (must be good!) so we ended up eating elsewhere. Front staff members were friendly and very helpful with suggestions. The design aesthetic is perfectly eclectic. Loved it!

We had a really enjoyable experience at the place! The ambiance and decor are very nice. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo and soap for our stay, a thoughtful touch indeed. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight during our stay, they offer good drinks and food. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a great spot right at the hotel. The pool was nice and it was great that the bar could serve drinks and food by the pool, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

While the pool was enjoyable, it fell slightly short of my expectations based on the photos. Its size made it feel a bit crowded, and securing a spot for our belongings was a challenge due to the limited available chairs. Additionally, the cleanliness, especially of the crystal wall, left room for improvement. This wall offers a stunning city view but unfortunately was overshadowed by its less-than-pristine condition.

This was a cute boutique hotel and beautiful facilities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a corner room with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed dinner at the Rooftop Bar at sunset.

I did not like that we were forced to accept valet parking. The alternative was to self park a block away, which was not convenient for us.
