We loved the size of the unit and that it had a separate living and kitchen area from the bedroom. The location is wonderful as well, it's a beautiful plaza with shops and restaurants right along a beautiful walking trail. On the weekends that plaza is filled with a really neat market with lots of beautiful items for sale. The breakfast was awesome!

There's a night stand in the bedroom between the 2 beds and the drawer kept opening on its own and it was easy to trip on it when you would go to get up and actually really bump your leg on it. The temperature in the 3rd floor hallway was "arctic", completely way too cold.

Location was perfect. Amenities, restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance. Loved the fact we had a full size refrigerator and a kitchenette so we could store leftovers for a late night snack. we have kids so they’re hungry 24/7. Happy hour was such a nice surprise and breakfast, although simple, was exactly what we needed to start the day. Our kids used the pool multiple times a day and they were grateful it was heated. We were hesitant about the restaurant being so close, but the noise was nonexistent. I didn’t hear a thing. Reception was nice and welcoming. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and accommodating. We were very happy during our stay.

The room had somewhat of a musty smell that never really went away. When we unfolded the couch bed, there were used linens from the previous occupant and a shirt that wasn’t ours.

The staff was fabulous. We were there several days and over the time staff was kind and so helpful. Morning coffee was a hit and we appreciated . We met front desk, cleaning and breakfast people . Each person was friendly, helpful and kind. The St Philip’s Plaza location is very nice.

The bathroom was unsatisfactory. I understand people want to travel with their pet. I wish you had rooms special for those folks and kept several rooms that never had pets. The bathtubs and stall was so badly scratched, drain clogged we suspected with dog hair. We arrived late in the eve and a different room was not available.I did wash the bathtub myself. Your staff was so kind but there was no way to change that. Overall, the hotel rooms are dated.

Friendly staff, and quick check in/check out. Everything was nice clean and comfortable and we had no issues during our stay. We picked the location because it was close to where we were going in the area, but it is quite far from downtown and the U of A

The power went out, due to a storm., which was not the hotels fault. There should be some sort of back up emergency lighting, in the room

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent next to bike path and plaza was nice to experience.

Bathroom seemed a bit rundown, but linens and bath accessories were nice.

Cost. In trying to secure a less expensive option, manager was unhelpful &bordering on rude. We’ve been to this location many times in the past 20 years & we’re disappointed with the interaction with the manager during the day Feb. 19, 2023

Breakfast was very good and staff working in the restaurant area very attentive. Food selection was great and fresh.

Liked the Lobby. Front staff was pleasant. The courtyard looked fun.

Breakfast didn't have any dietary restricted foods. The room was nice but the lights need instructions.

This hotel is very close to a well-maintained linear park, and an excellent grocery store is within 10 minutes walking distance. The suite supplies all the plates, cutlery and pots and pans you need to prepare meals. When we didn't feel like cooking there are several restaurants to choose from within 50 m of the property. The hotel has two exercise rooms for the athletic-minded. The internet was high-quality. The breakfast was good on a U.S. hotel scale.

The exit door at the west end of our wing has been converted to an emergency exit only, which meant that even if we intended to travel west from the hotel we had to walk the length of the building and exit the east entrance, then backtrack to go west. The door opens into the gated pool area, so I don't understand the point of making this an emergency exit.
