i loved cleannes i never like that deposit that never comes back on my acct,i stay in other hotels for that reason,and i want my points on my stays usually dont reflect

deposits that never come back on my bank even if staff says on hotel side is clear no its not clear you have to monitor clients when payment on thay way

Good location, great breakfast and large comfortable room. Even had a small kitchenette. Good parking. Did not use the pool but a nice option for others.

Our room was abit run down but clean.

Location in Tucson was great, with stores just across the road. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room better than we expected. Breakfast choices were great. Parking easy with loads of spaces.

Not a great problem but the phone in the room didn't work. The maintenance guy did switch it but I think there's was a problem with the line. It just meant that we couldn't call out or receive calls in. It didn't spoil our stay though.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and informative. I really liked that the parking lot was well litm. I felt safe and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a hot breakfast which was plentiful and delicious.

There was some noise in the morning. I think there was some work being done. I wish that I was informed but it is not the biggest deal.

How is kinda sketchy on looking at this hotel with all the bad reviews the property was excellent well cleaned might have stains on rugs, but inside our room was clean. So other people that put bad reviews on do not listen to it. This is a beautiful property. Of course it needs to be fixed up a little bit, but all hotels need to be fixed up a little bit.

Location, large breakfast area, good mattress and pillows.

Music in lobby is ridiculously loud. It took several minutes and phone calls to get someone at the front desk in the morning around 9:00 am. The lights were off and we were trying to check out. The vacuuming in the room was lacking, there were crumbs along the walls and corners. Obviously this is a mechanical limitation and missing attention to detail.

The location was great, pool and hot tub were enjoyable (towels were provided), hot breakfast was yummy, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and kind.

The flooring on the main level was constantly dirty. I saw someone mopping both mornings but it could definitely use a spot cleaning later in the afternoon.

Our bathroom floor a big piece of the floor tile was coming off so I end up putting a big towel over it , it needs to be fixed

Clean, comfortable, outdoor pool, private, Accommodating and friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Liked the hand soap, lotion and shampoos and body wash already in the room and bathroom.

Pretty much everything except for recommended improvements. Very impressed that housekeepong wanted to clean our room during our stay. It seems most hotels inform you that there will not be any housekeeping unless requested.

The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and loose. Also the body wash dispenser needed to be replaced.
