The lobby and check-in desk were beautiful. The room was much more spacious than I anticipated. The towels and sheets were extremely clean!! 😍 The check-in was seamless. Brianna definitely made it a welcoming experience.

My key cards kept failing, which made getting in and out of the room and the building difficult. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I figured it should be. There was a bit of mold in the corner of the tub, and the floor wasn't properly swept. The breakfast was not sanitary, in my opinion. With flu, covid, and everything else, I didn't feel it was wise to have everyone touching everything. I had oatmeal and yogurt, both sealed. The bottom of our door was damaged. I took a picture to make sure I was not charged with it.

The room was spacious with everything we could need. We were happy with the staff, very helpful front desk.

Fighter jets taking off were a bit loud. The hall and entry from the south parking lot were pretty tired. Paint chipping off the door frame, floors weren’t clean. Looked pretty bad. Breakfast is fine but with all of the people nowadays that cannot tolerate gluten and preservatives, it would be a good move to provide other alternatives than prepaid, preservative laden wheat products. That was 90% of what was offered. My husband had yogurt, I had nothing. I would like the option to pay less and NOT include breakfast because what you offer is of no value to us.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool is heated and the hot tub is a nice option to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was included. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was ok. We have stayed here many times, and have always enjoyed it. The breakfast used to have more options, but seemed like the hotel had cut back on it a bit and the coffee actually wasn't that great this time. Also, we had trouble with our key not working in our room door. We had to get a new one 3 times.

Convience of 1st floor, comfortble bed and pillows, clean. The staff was so helpful in helping us organnize a few details, like the ability to park our car for a very fair rate, at the hotel, while we were away for 10 days. The suggestion to grab a bite next door was appreciated as we were tired and needed dinner. And, best of all, we could get a shuttle to the airport even at 03:45 in the morning for our early flight to Belize!

The bathroom shows signs of rust and wall board degrading from shower. Needs attention. The breakfast was plentiful, but all white carbohydrates, which leaves little for a healthy diet except hard boiled egg.

The view to the airport was nice. The location was very close to the airport. Sound isolation was relatively good. The room was nice and clean.

The fan in the restroom could not be turned off but it was OK. The noise level was acceptable for a noise sensitive person. There was no easy access to electric sockets from the bed. The AC was very noisy when idling. In addition, the Internet speed was relatively slow (6 Mbps download, 0.85 Mbps upload).

Friendly and accommodating staff especially front desk and shuttle driver. Housekeepers were pleasant and acknowledged guests in lobby and elevator. The room was exceptionally clean and good smelling. A very comfortable, quiet night.

The furniture in the lobby is old and chairs have rips in them. Sofa sinks to the floor when seated. Breakfast foods could be improved with different offerings. Coffee is terrible!! Room pillows are too soft and squishy. A selection of firm and medium could be available on the bed (2+2).

The breakfast was horrible! They had nothing like they used to. You could have fruit,toast, cereal, raisin bran or Cheerios boiled eggs or waffles. Used to have danishes and cooked eggs and many different cereal choices, milk. Etc. better than some for sure, but not what it used to be. Oh and the coffee was nasty! Instant coffee that was so strong an old west cowboy couldn’t drink it!

The hotel was very close to the airport. After dropping off my rental car, it was an easy walk back. The hotel next door had a restaurant & bar. Easy location to the airport. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. 24/7 shuttle service to the airport and wake-up service upon request. Very nice experience. Even saw a roadrunner in the parking lot to make an amazing experience. The desert never lets you down on its beauty. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & responsive to any requests! When I had a problem with a lamp, they were very quick to remedy the problem! They also accommodated my request to take me to the airport with a friend & then came back to pick me up!

There was something wrong with the hot water in the shower! It was cold for most my shower! I did report it to the desk clerk when I checked out!

Easy check in, breakfast was the usual fair but lots of it. room was comfy and big.

Stayed here in December 2024, nicer room on the first floor so very easy to take our puppy out for his business. This time they put us on the 4th floor. Ever tried to get your dog on an elevator? Not easy and certainly they do not like it so the stairs were an option.
