Front desk clerk - Angela- is extremely helpful and friendly. I overheard her checking in a couple and she thoroughly went over everything regarding all amenities, services, restaurants etc. My check in clerk was not detailed at all. I asked and got answers, but Angela offered the information without any asking. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they looked clean and well maintained. I left too early to comment on their breakfast, but the area looked clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

The breakfast adequate, the food service area was clean. The location was perfect for an overnight before my flight home. Even though the hotel is adjacent to the airport, I was never disturbed by air traffic. Very convenient for timely rental car return. As an older woman traveling alone, I requested a quiet room relatively close to the front desk and the request was accommodated. It was over 100 degrees during the day, I enjoyed taking a dip in the outdoor pool as the sun was setting.

Breakfast was mostly breads, cereals, and carbohydrates. There was a steam table pan of eggs. I would have liked more hot dish, protein choices and a wider variety of fresh fruit options.

Unplanned stop due to weather. Zero issues at check in, very fast process, front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, firm beds, everything clean and working properly. Location is close to several chain restaurants, most people will probably take their cars to get to them though as they are a couple blocks away. Even though the hotel is next to the airport we had no issues with plane or car noise. Breakfast was the usual continental plus eggs and potato, everything was fresh and tasty. Location is very secure, ample parking. Pool and hot tub were apparently closed but it was not an issue. Overall very satisfied, will definitely stay here again for any future Tucson visits.

Just what we needed for a weekend trip, it was within walking distance from the airport and rental car places we needed to get to. Room was clean, it didn’t have a microwave but we didn’t mind going downstairs to use one. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff really stood out to us as they were exceptional! I didn’t get their names but the two gentlemen at the front desk that were there the weekend we stayed were super sweet and helpful. The gal, Angela, that took us to the airport was also so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay thanks to all of them!

Close to airport, free prompt shuttle, and only a 5 min walk from several restaurants. Benny at front desk was helpful and personable. There was a good breakfast, excellent coffee and they had paper cups , no styrofoam which is super unhealthy to drink from esp with hot beverages which melt the plastic so you have to ingest it.

King bed was okay but would have preferred 2 more pillows since they are small. Also though coffee cups were paper, bowls were styrofoam which melts with the hot oatmeal I ate- very unhealthy. Hate styrofoam- bad for people, bad for the environment! Please buy all paper plates and bowls. Compostable plastic utensils are also available

The location of the hotel is close to the airport so excellent for us. However, our flight arrived at 11pm and the hotel’s regular shuttle service was finished, so we were pleased and impressed that the hotel staff (Angela) kindly came to pick us up, and the following morning her colleague (Jesus) went the extra mile to help us back to the airport. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and close to the elevator.

1. Breakfast was only OK. Not much in the way of healthy options. 2. To save water the hotel management had removed the bath waste plugs so it was not possible to take a bath. It might have been less drastic to save water by reducing the water pressure from the faucets on the hand basin.

Checking in was a breeze. The girl, I don't remember her name, at the front desk was very accommodating & polite. We felt very welcomed from the get go. I also would like to mention Angela, the night shift girl. My sister & I are early birds, so we'd come down for coffee when she was putting it out. Angela made us feel very happy to be there....she gave us advice on different things to do and see while on our 2 day stay in Tucson. Very friendly & so easy to talk to......even that early in the morning!!🙂

They didn't have any lotion. Nor did they have hot chocolate, which would've been nice for my granddaughter. Really both minor things. Microwave in the room would've been good to have.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast I guess was fine I do not know it just pass by early because I was leaving and there were many desperate people groping the food I thought that only happened in the movies.

In the shower the shampoo and conditioner were empty but that doesn't worry me because I always carry my own, I would be afraid to ask for a refill because the cleaning staff were always angry and upset.

I turned on the shower, stepped in and slid onto the side of the tub, luckily I grabbed the bar. I've NEVER slid that quickly in my life. No traction strips on tub bottom. I was afraid to move. I put a towel on bottom of tub then showered. There was standing water in sink. I removed the stopper.
