I reported for two days that I did not have hot water, Others reported it also. I was not compensated in any way.

The room was so big and so comfortable I was unexpected that I was and I had that big room with that much space facilities were very clean the whole hotel is very clean the staff were amazing and friendly and fantastic and they were able to let me leave my car there while I traveled so I didn’t have to take it to another car lot and pay big dollars to park there They took me to my Airport so I could catch my flight on

I was disappointed the pool and the Jacuzzi was going to be able to use her to be nice to have The morning that I was leaving I got up at 3 o’clock and went to the breakfast station to get some hot water to make some tea in my room and I came back my entire locking system of my door the cylinder and everything fell out and I couldn’t get back into my room young lady I can’t remember her name was able to make another lock key magnet key and I was able to get into my room but that was very disconcerting I I could’ve almost missed my flight

The property was nicely kept and very close to the airport. Room was very well set up with mini kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had asked for a room on the upper floor and they actually had me booked on the 3rd floor. 24 hr shuttle was great as I needed a 5:30 am ride to airport. Since I left so early I did not get to sample the breakfast, but the breakfast area looked nice

I tried to watch TV but it said no signal….it was late so I just went to bed; I suspect had I called the front desk they’d have helped me as the staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The property, lobby, and room were clean and very nice. We only needed a room to catch a very early flight the next morning, and not only was everything clean and comfortable, but the hotel even provided a free early morning shuttle ride to the airport and picked us up when we returned. We got a great deal and look forward to staying with them again the next time we fly out of Tucson.

Be careful for the rather large pot holes in the street to get into the hotel, but I know that is a city issue rather than a hotel responsibility.

Cleanliness was the only number 1 overall positive. Staff seemed friendly.

No bathroom counter is an inconvenience for even a solo traveler never mind a couple with a female on crutches and in wheelchair, a spouse with a nebulizer. Getting into bathroom with wheelchair had to be precise with the bed in front of the door. NOT DISABLITY FRIENDY bathing, tub no low rise walk in. No Ice machines, front desk gave out a ziploc bag of ice. 1 trash can for the room. Had to unplug light to turn off as switch didn't work. Front desk missed wake up call to pick up spouse on crutches at the airport arriving just after midnight, whom sat at curb side 30 extra minutes making calls to hotel room ( took 2) for hard of hearing husband to waken. Continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs I experienced. But to add scrambled with additives...not so much. No fresh fruit...at all.

Stay here to catch an early morning flight, perfect location, 3 minute free shuttle ride. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Great Indian restaurant next door at the Radisson. Very good value, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The rooms are always comfortable.

The last time I stayed here, there wasn't any hot water. This time the pressure was strange. It work great for a few minutes and then it goes to a trickle.

The Hotel its self its beautiful, very clean and well kept. When we got to our room the room was beyond what was expected for the price paid, and the free breakfast was delicious. This was one of the best hotels I have staid in based on price and luxury.

Every staff member was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The grounds, lobby and rooms immaculately kept. The Free Breakfast was soooo well done and filled with everything you can imagine...hot, cold, pastries etc. I extended my stay !!

Requested clean towels, empty garage and toilet needed checking. Never happened. Maybe old fashioned but still like rooms too be cleaned everyday.
