Cleanliness of our room and throughout the facility. Bed was super comfy; spacious room; complementary premium channels on TV; cold/hot water; plenty of towels and toiletries. There was even a mini fridge and coffee maker included. The hotel exceeded my expectations because even though it has a casino, all rooms were smoke-free. I could breathe well without the residues found on a smoking facility. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, but we didn't have a chance to go in. There's also food, drinks, and bingo in the casino. There is plenty of entertainment for all.

Mini fridge doesn't have a separate compartment for freezer, and my salad froze even though it was placed on the bottom. I'd be ideal to have a separate compartment OR explain what area of the fridge will freeze by placing a note in the rooms.

Although it is a little bit farther than the activities we want to do, the location is right near the airport and the rooms are really spacious and clean. That makes the little extra driving worthwhile to us. The restaurants are very good. We ate only one meal there--dinner in the Diamond Cafe--and it was excellent as was the service. The wait staff are all very pleasant and nice. The room coffee is also good.

I can't hold it against the property but I would have preferred to win in the casino which I did not. But I did have fun playing. I can't find anything else that detracted from staying here again.

The staff is outstanding and super friendly. The room was very large and spacious and the bathroom was great as well. We enjoyed the variety of games in the casino and the drinks were well made and reasonably priced.

The pillows were a bit soft and lumpy; otherwise, the bed was great. I would have liked a small Keurig in the room for morning coffee or at least a better tasting coffee for the small pot. We were looking forward to enjoying some time lounging in the hotel bar, but unfortunately, they never opened during our stay despite a sign posted saying they would open Fridays and Saturdays.

Room and patio were very comfortable. Pool area was clean and well cared for.

Went on a Tuesday and Wednesday. The 2 days their best restaurant is closed. The buffet on Wednesday night was not very good at all. Golden corral buffet beats theirs by far.in general, the food choices and quality lacked.

We booked this on a road trip. Didn't have any expectations really but Desert Diamond exceed any expectations we could have had. Great casino and facilities. We will stop here again on the next road trip.

Well, the AC could have been cooler but we like it COLD! So, not gonna hold it against the DD.

I like the balconies.

The snack bar gave my order to someone else and gave me theirs and didn't remake them, instead just gave me the same food they gave strangers and they opened the boxes and touched it before returning it to the counter.

Playing in the casino was fun. The room was nice. The staff were friendly.

Smoking in the casino. I wish every casino would become non-smoking. It isn't fair to the non-smokers. If someone wants to smoke they can go outside or into a smoking room to smoke but the non-smokers have nowhere to go.

Big room...friendly staff on casino floor...big huge casino...tried out for first time...took morning swim ..pool and Jacuzzi although pool little to cool...should be warmer

Pool not open due to a few drizzled..nothing dangerous at all...hotel bar not opened .. apparently opened later but I never saw that..one guy behind counter was fine but some staff was little snotty..the coffee bar lady with attitude about heating sandwich up more..it was COLD...they are not supposed to...

The room is clean & redone. The staff is outstanding, always a smile and something nice to say.

Just the food at the buffet, it was cold, dry and coagulated.

The staff were friendly, and the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The casino was a fun bonus! Also liked how it was a 10 min drive to and from the airport.
