Great location, very clean, pet friendly! Specious room has a pool. Breakfast was okay. Good pricees!

We had an accessible room. Though it had the grab bars needed. The bathroom had no counters in it. There was no place to put our toiletries. Only one bath towel per person. Most women use two by themselves. One for face and hair the other for your body. Just saying... The pool could have used a cleaning. Lots of bugs and debris hanging in the bottom. The hot tub was turning green and not usable.

The staff were super helpful. I had to get to the airport very early in the morning, and they drove me there even though it was before the time they normally run shuttles. The room was great - clean, quiet, everything as described. The fitness area was also pretty good for a hotel. Hot, free breakfast is always a plus.

The upcharge for a weekend night was really steep, almost $100 increase from weeknight prices. Also, I would have preferred more vegetarian breakfast options like fruit, granola, peanubutter, bagels, etc.

Location very convenient for our purpose. Hotel room was a suite which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel room was immaculate and very spacious..in fact the entire hotel that we saw was immaculate. We liked the variety for breakfast, and everything was tasty, dining room clean for as busy as it was. Staff at lobby registration, dining room and housekeeping was friendly & courteous. Will definitely stay there again!

Would be nice if restaurant was not specifically serving only Indian cuisine.

The breakfast was hot and well-prepared. Every part of the hotel we saw was clean and tidy - the room, the lobby and hallways, and the breakfast area. We also like the location of our room (near an exit door for convenient parking).

Some features of the bathroom seemed outdated, like the low countertop and low toilet. However, the price of the room was the most important factor, and the price balanced out the older features.

Breakfast was great

First the alarm went off while we were asleep I tried calling front office there was no answer. The ony room available which we didn't know was a handicap room, my husband fell in the shower it was slippery. The water from the shower came out into the bathroom floor we had to use towels to dry it up.. My husband suffers from GAD and woke up at 12:30 in the morning having an anxiety attack. Our stay in that specific room was very unpleasant.

I Couldn't UNDERSTAND Why So Many BAD REVIEWS?!! In My Experience, A Very COMFORTABLE STAY with Clean Linen, Clean Facility for the Most Part, Fair Breakfast, and Cordial Staff. My Bad Experience was Prior to Arrival. My Stay, ON THE OTHER HAND, WAS Satisfactory.

Communication was NOT Of the Essence. I LEFT an email NEARLY a Month before Arrival with NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE (Unheard of in My Lifetime Visit to All 50 States and a Well travelled Veteran) and after 2 Failed Calls; Finally a Phone Contact which, in my Opinion, was NOT Emphatetic or Truthful. I WAS informed Hotel was within a block walking Distance from Airport (WHERE Our Car would Be Ready for Pickup the NEXT Day):and it was MORE Than 12 City Blocks(UBER)!!! I am in My 60s.

The location was perfect for us. We stayed the night because we had a flight out of town early in the morning. Multiple entrances was great so we could park very close to our room. Staff was great. Was nice that I could pay cash instead of using our credit card.

Can't really think of anything. We left before breakfast so it would have been nice if we could have gotten something as we left, but it was quite early in the norning.

Called for late check-in and front desk was nice and friendly. Room was good but could be more movie channels. Alarm didn't go off but I called the front desk for late check out and clerk was nice and understanding.

Don't think the pool was open, water looked green 😔. Chair in the room was dirty and felt gross. Of all the lamps in the room, only 2 worked.

I liked the fact that it was quiet and peaceful. There were no kids running up and down the halls. Other than the computer system going down, checking in and out was super easy. I would stay here again and the price was good.

It was a little dated, and the carpet needs good cleaning. I know it wasn't their fault, but check-in took awhile, the computer system went down. One of the bedside lamps kept flickering. USB ports would've been great. Good thing I brought a wall plug.

Clean, nice looking hotel. Good value for the price

The only complaint I have is that the clerk asked for a deposit of cash or card. I have cash. He did not offer a receipt I had to ask for one and he stated that wasnt procedure. I demanded one beings I paid a cash deposit. He gave me one but that should be done with out asking. I run a small hotel myself and always provide reciepts
