Enjoyed our stay at the country Inn and suites Tucson airport. Convenient location for us for all the things we wanted to see and do while in town. There is a Subway sandwiches across the street, which was convenient to walk across and grab dinner one night. There are a few other restaurants nearby as well Staff was very friendly and helpful. The little cookies at the front desk was a nice touch. Room appeared to be clean and bed was fairly comfortable. The pillows are unfortunately not great… pretty small and flat. Hot breakfast each morning had a decent variety which was appreciated. The only critique I would give would be the oatmeal.… It was extremely runny so maybe packets to make your own would work better. Would stay again .

Country suites by the airport is a very nice well-kept hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are very comfortable.

The rules regarding the use of the pool or extraneous. They are unclear and randomly informed. Because it is that way, some of the employees are ill informed about their policies, resulting in conflict between employee and guest. This would be an easy fix. Simply relax the pool rules to the standard used by most other major hotel chains, and thoroughly trained employees to be consistent.

Everything ! Hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Nice touches in the bathroom, squeezy dispensers of shampoo/conditioner and body lotion, too! Pool location kept the sun off the water in the late afternoon so nice for an afternoon swim. Breakfast buffet was good. Cereals hot and cold, juices, waffles, sausage, breads and baked goods. Good selection for all.

Hotel is dog friendly but $50 charge is a bit much.

The entire staff were all very pleasant! My mom and I had to find somewhere to stay for a couple of days. I had called different places that allowed dogs, but not any other pets! It was disheartening, but the day manager allowed us an early check in and the okay for us to bring our pets! That was truly the best part of our stay.

They were working on the water line when we checked in. However, once the work was done, we didn't have any hot water for almost 12 hours. The staff were very accommodating and willing to relocate us to another room. All in all the hot water did come on. It would be nice if there were gluten-free and dairy free choices for breakfast.

The location of this hotel in proximity to the airport was great. It was nice to have restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were a bonus not expected. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast we’re welcome.

I booked this hotel based on the free airport shuttle. I was a little disappointed, the van was older with torn upholstery and not as timely as expected. At no additional charge, I should not complain.

We have stayed here before and like it. It is clean, the staff are very nice especially the weekend breakfast lady. She is always happy. The pass out cookies and water when you arrive. Our room was a suite which my husband really liked. Bed was comfortable (I have a really bad back) had fridge and microwave. Breakfast is nice. Hot and cold items and plenty of variety. Real good coffee. We live in Tucson and this is our choice for a little staycation.

There really wasn’t anything.

I stayed one nite to catch a flight in early morning. The staff was very nice. They called shuttle service and that worked perfectly. I was able to leave my car parked there until I got back from my trip for a reasonable fee. I would use them again in a heatbeat.

Breakfast; learnt how to cook waffles (not usual in UK); plenty of food; nice view from room. Lovely receptionist (male) didn't get his name but was on duty afternoon of about 26 Nov. Nice swimming pool.

Coffee. Difficult to get a decent coffee in USA, I found the best place was gas stations.

We always stay here and never have problems. Fulfilled every request we had. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded. Staff was exceptional

Would like continental breakfast items like muffins and pastries during hot breakfast time. Bagels were rock hard

It was clean and spacious. Close to the airport and a good value. We didn't try the breakfast because we had an early flight to catch but we appreciated the bottled water and cookies at check in. The friendly staff even offered to pack a breakfast to go for us.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.
