The pool! The weather was wonderful for January and the pool was heated. No one else there. I have a lovely hour's swim. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were lovely. The coffee maker in our room had the wrong pods for the machine and the cleaner knocked on the door at 8.30 am when we had a 12pm check out so the lady at the front desk gave us complimentary coffee and a free breakfast. It is the only hotel by the airport that has a restaurant.

Very expensive for what it was, but everything there was expensive.

Staff were extremely kind, helpful, courteous, welcoming and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The “bistro” was a nice option because we didn’t have a vehicle but it was extremely understaffed, the food was expensive and although there were only a few customers, we waited nearly an hour for our simple order. The quinoa grain bowl with chicken that I ordered had no quinoa, was more ham than chicken, and cost $20.00.

We were only there for 1 night, a stopover before our 5am flight from Tucson. Everything was great, front desk staff was awesome, wakeup call was on time and accommodations were comfortable. We had an evening drink at the Bistro Bar and the bartender was great. I fly into Tucson often to visit family and would definitely stay there again.

Common areas were small, but very nice and comfortable. Our group gathered up in several occasions and enjoys time together.

Nothing comes to mind. It’s a small hotel, but that’s just the best you can find in the area we needed to stay. So, it was an excellent choice considering the travel restrictions our group had.

Did not have breakfast or other food at the hotel. Went to adjacent Denny's, which was surprisingly good and pleasant. The elevator was nice for the 3rd floor, ice machine was handy. The shower was sparkling and my husband loved it. We liked having Showtime to watch and we found a good movie. TV was in good shape. Liked having glasses vs. plastic cups to drink from.

The water in the tap was so fizzy it looked white and unappealing. It was not very cold, either. We used our bottled water to drink in the room. There should have been more pillows than just four for two people; Best Western has more. Also, the LOUD air conditioner was unpleasant, going on and off most of the night. We had to fiddle with the temperature several times to get the right balance of temperature and the a/c starting up with a roar.

Location next to airport was perfect. Only stayed one night for morning flight out. Room was comfy. Staff were just wonderful! Didn’t use any facilities like pool or courtyard. We got breakfast added, it was good, we just didn’t eat enough for it to be worth the cost. Place served its purpose for us very well!

Shower dripped and made a loud drip sound hitting the metal plate in the shower, didn’t complain, just put a towel over the plate, no fault of the staff as I forgot to tell them so they could fix it when I checked out.

I was staying after a flight and the hotel staff were wonderful - helpful and friendly. My room was simple but comfortable and clean. The location is just 3 mins from the airport so it's a good place to stay after a long flight or before an early departure.

This property met my needs.

No hooks or around bathroom to hang used towels or bathing suits no bathroom ventilation yet AC pumped in? The outdoor grounds need some investment they have been left to suffer for too long

By far the best hotel experience we've had in Tucson, AZ. Marriott Courtyard is exceptional. The staff is very friendly, very courteous and professional. Will most definitely be returning. My new home in Tucson, AZ.
