The staff We were there for a funeral and had a lot of family at the hotel and we got together in the lobby and play cards in the evening. The staff was beyond friendly and took care of our every need. About an hour after we checked in we got a text from the front desk asking if everything was ok with our room and if we need anything just text or call. We ask for more pillows and they were at our door within 10 minutes .

The only down size was the tv. I hard time not being able to sign in to a few of the app. There was no way to type in the password on a few of the apps.

We have been traveling a lot and this was the first hotel we have been to in years that was exactly as advertised. The room was clean, the kitchen had a refrigerator and freezer as well as a dishwasher. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The sheets were super soft and the mattress felt like it was topped with something that made you feel like you were in the clouds. There was a great selection in the morning for breakfast.

The only thing that would have been nice is if the king bed had 4 pillows instead of three. The staff was so nice that if we had asked, I’m sure we could have gotten an extra pillow.

Very clean and in a good location. The staff was very nice when we had to approach them for anything.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had asked for a hearing impaired room and that didn’t happen. Also the shower was too slippery I was afraid to get in. Partly because I can’t feel my feet due to a chronic illness. I was under the impression that if I had a hearing impaired room that it would also be handicapped accessible in other words hand rails in the bathroom as needed. Even my girlfriend who is healthy with no health issues slipped in the shower. She didn’t feel safe either.

Excellent room well designed and functional... the sofa was nice to view TV on rather than the bed...the curtain was a nice extra for privacy....breakfast varied and enjoyable on both days. Enjoyed the Epoch Times in the lobby, but a USA Today would be nice too.

Light in bathroom should be tied to a dimmer switch for use at nite....too bright while sleeping (we like to keep it on for safety in a new environment). Staff could be more knowledgeable about immediate location driving directions.

Location is great. Property is clean and well maintained. Front desk staff friendly.

Housekeeping missed some things in our room. There was womens hair tie on the floor in bathroom. Conditioner missing in shower. Some signs of mildew under soap dish in shower. Breakfast was a different story. Attendant was overwhelmed. She could not keep up .There was no hot food in the chafers. She had no help and couldn't get food out for people. We tried 3 times to get something and all we managed to get was coffee. They had green bananas, no pastries, no hot food , ran out of waffle mix, etc.

Location is quiet area, near main road, next to restaurants and gas station. Room is modern and spacious equipped with furnished kitchenette and living area and privacy curtain that separate the bedroom and living room. Lots of storage and closer space. Smart TV connects to Netflix etc. USB port near bed. Well lit with big windows and ambient lights. Bed is comfy and clean linens.

In going renovation, no sign which door to use for check in. Though hotel is modern and seemed new, wear and tear are showing on walls and uneven flooring. Breakfast was unhealthy stuff: example eggs on microwaveable bowl.

The property is modern, clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and had a small kitchen with a sink, extra dishes, a dishwasher and a pull out couch for an extra sleeper. The dining room was spacious and inviting for breakfast or an evening snack or drink. They also have an outdoor heated pool and 2 gas grills if you want to cook up your own grub. The gym, which we did use but checked out had treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. It also has free weight dumbbells up to 75lbs. Laundry room was right next to it.

Our room had an odor upon arrival but we used a dishwasher packet and poured it down the shower drain and bathroom sink to eliminate the smell. The neighbors above us were noisy at night until almost midnight which is unfortunate and happens almost everywhere. An extra chair in the room would have been nice too.

I like that they serve breakfast in the mornings and the breakfast is quality. I also enjoy the space that the rooms provide to families. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room to sleep and move around the room.

I think that this property needs to work on getting free streaming WiFi. They say that their WiFi is free, but it is not. To use internet for streaming or playing games on tablets, iPads, etc., you have to pay.

Very clean and easy access from the 10 freeway. I really liked that the room was like a small apartment, with a well stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator, even a dishwasher. Michele at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating

Convenient location, spacious room with comfortable beds, enough hot/cold choices for breakfast and fully stocked mini kitchenette complete with full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.
