I have stayed here more than once. Each time it's a good stay except for 1 front desk employee. I interact with close to half a dozen staff and it's always the same one.

I walked up to the front desk and stood there for probably 20 seconds before being acknowledged, which isn't bad. She stopped working on a form and turned her head towards me. Didn't speak, just looked at me. I felt like I was interrupting her. I waited for the count of 20 to see if she would acknowledge me, nope. So I started the conversation. This is trivial but where is the customer service. Also trivial, she did not offer the "free bottle of water with every stay" as played on the display every 30 seconds.

Brand new everything! Beds are amazingly comfortable, all clean and well maintained. Price was hard to beat in Tucson Gem Show time. A true gem of a hotel!!!

Booking.com price including taxes was different than what management initially charged. They charged $62 more, claiming it was taxes. They referred me back to booking to get the difference. When I insisted that booking is only a platform, and since they take the money, they gave me a partial refund just shy of $50. I asked to know how much total tax is being charged, but no one responded. This is the only reason I didn’t give this property an Exceptional status. If it wasn’t for this mishap - it well deserves a place in the best-value-for-money-and-comfort anywhere in the Tucson vicinity.

The gentleman who answers the phone was excellent. The woman who checked me in was good also, just not as helpful. She was efficient and helped me quickly check in though. The room was pretty clean and the pillows comfy. The thermostat was great and petfriendly roomand walking trail just out back, was perfect for our dogs. There are tons of places within walking to shop, eat, and get everything you need done. Also close to the freeway but zero road noise.

The shower needed a rinse and the floor space was bit small. The table was a little worn but all-in-all was a great stop with a little kitchen for over night.

The location was perfect with plenty of necessities and entertainment options available within a few minutes walk.

For the daily rate, the kitchenette could have had a few basic items, ex. flatware and plates without having to rent/purchase the items from the “My Store”.

I really like the hotel because it's new and conveniently located. However, I want to mention a cleanliness issue. When I requested a bathroom cleaning, it wasn’t done thoroughly. While blow-drying my hair, I noticed a large amount of dust floating in the air, which was terrible and triggered my allergies. Additionally, the bathtub was not cleaned at all despite my request. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning service for a better guest experience.

Excellent place to stay! Brand new. Close to stores and restaurants... but not too close. You can walk to Sprouts which is 4 minutes away. Safe neighborhood and parking. HUGE rooms, BIG beds... kitchenette and bathroom. Comfy mattresses. Quiet! Great price though I doubt that will remain much longer. Friendly staff. Free coffee bar. Laundry facilities. A random pick that became a vacation highlight. Very pleased!

The exterior and lobby looks like a Motel 8 when the rooms are clearly a cut above. I wasn't expecting a grand lux lobby, but felt they could have put more effort into making it nicer for their own sake. People will write the place off as a trashy hotel, which it really isn't...

This hotel is in a perfect location! We had a stunning view of the mountains from our room, and everything we enjoy was within 5-10 minutes. After having a bad experience with a different hotel prior to booking this one, My Place not only took us the SAME DAY, during a holiday weekend, but this establishment was everything we hoped it would be and more. Super sweet staff, cleanliness was top-tier, and the location is perfect!

I like the location! It’s close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and a family arcade, but it’s tucked away off the main road. The parking lot and building are clean. The laundry was affordable, and trash was easy to access. Everything was good, and the staff was phenomenal! Professional and friendly! I’d recommend it!

Awsome management and staff, went above and beyond, had broken down, and they were very accommodating, not many people left or companies, who understand, and can be flexible, and help out, I’ve traveled a lot and most people no if you have car issues in a place your not from, your at the mercy of the town, and usually pay more, and the people at my place, were very understanding and helpful

This place exceeded my partner and I’s expectations. The front desk attendant that checked us in was so so nice and made us feel extremely welcome even providing coupons the hotel offers. I loved the channels they provided on Tv as well, very entertaining. The entire stay overall was very pleasant.
