Everything was wonderful but I was charged a deposit at check in but when I checked out the receipt didn't reflect that but my. Bank statement did but I think it ma have been taken off. But the money not returned. This has happened at every hotel for the last few years I have been to. They just charge it as a regular charge but tell me I t pending but that's not true. Is this the new hustle for an employee of hotels. Soni am still waiting for a hundred dollar deposit. But everything else is good oh yeah no one man's the front desk at night I n got locked out once but all of a sudden my key started working on onenof the doors. Then the front desk person walked in but doe several hours their wasn't anyone there.

The fact that they there also watch when you use your card I feel this is happening all over there. I d I don't get the the Kjng superior deluxe room I asked for this also an issue with every hotel I visit. Like they upgrade someone else whe. It was my reservation

This property was well equipped with a full kitchen washer and dryer clean bedsheets beautiful bathroom and a new TV. I highly recommend staying at this property it's only been open a year. They also really encourage long stays which I think is amazing more affordable than paying rent!!!

Lighting in the bathroom is dim.

The room was like a studio apartment with a complete kitchen.

The location was in a part of town that was not desirable.

I liked that it is a clean, new hotel and that it does not have carpets in the rooms. They also have all the facilities in the rooms to stay for a long time in the city.

The only thing I would say is that you can hear a lot of the footsteps of the guests upstairs, the air conditioning and a bit of the traffic on the road.

I enjoyed my stay at WaterWalk. The room was very nice and clean. Great amount of space for solo traveler. I did not use any of the appliances but they appeared to be well maintained.

My only complaint would be that the shower felt a little small, but still pretty nice.

We had never stayed at a WaterWalk before but decided to take a chance. Cannot say enough good things about this one! Beautiful, clean, comfortable and the wonderful convenience of a washer/dryer set in our room! We were on a 10 day trip and how delighted we were to wash our clothes in a private setting!

The hotel is new and very well kept. Rooms are clean and I loved the free coffee in the morning. Staff were all kind and very helpful. Pool and outdoor BBQ area was clean and enjoyable.

Size of rooms

Living room needs more seating in the two-bedroom rooms. 4 people and just one small sofa. There is room for two additional comfortable chairs.

This place was amazing! Staff was so nice, rooms were super clean, in-unit washer/dryer was such a bonus, and the bed was comfortable.
