New clean room

Was not able to use kitchenette as there was absolutely nothing to cook with. Not a single pot, not a fork, not a plate…nothing! Putting a kitchenette inside of a room with not even a napkin, is a totally waste of space! Useless

Good central location surrounded by good restaurants and shopping. Clean, basic rooms with a nice little kitchen (bring your own cookware though). Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We came in in the middle of the night. They turned off their lighted sign and we couldn't find the hotel. The GPS wasn't helpful because the whole area the hotel is located in is pretty newly build and not in the system yet. Walls are thin. Could hear everything going on next door! Tucson is LOUD! Hotel is right next to the hwy.

We were comfortable and got plenty of rest. The fact that we could cook in our room, was awesome. We are from Arkansas. It was peaceful.

We were there for a week. When I asked about cleaning our room, we were told they could not clean our room unless we stayed there past 14 days. Other than that we would have to pay for cleaning. If we needed towels, tissue etc. We would have to go to the front office.

The C*** roaches, did the property meet your expectation? S yes, how sad the phone satisfied is were you? What's your role? You said suck as long oh, you b**** Call coffee where the b**** all of them were stupid, they were crazy. I know you b**** How would you rate call home movie? How would you rate the size of your room? So social Caribbean valley could have been better. How was the lightning in the room great? Come on

The hotel appeared to be brand new. Conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I am sure that many guests stay at this hotel for extended periods, as the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator, so it's not really ideal for a guy just passing through and staying for only one or two nights. I do wish they served some type of breakfast, though I understand why they do not.

The staff were amazing. Cecilia and Lizbeth were both super kind, easy to chat with, and had went above and beyond to help. The location was super ideal for myself (close to I-10 / Tech Parks Refinery area). Lots of food and entertainment options. Price. Price was awesome as well.

The free wifi is great but I would prefer if there was more cyber protections in place (was too easy to get on).

Good value during the graduation week was almost the cheapest among all other inns. It’s pretty clean and easy parking, staff are very nice and coffee is available downstairs

No service you have to bring dirty towels to the office for exchange of new towels no cleaning service at all no face tissue box given, no ice machine you have to make your own but refrigerate is big!

Condition of the facility and price.

No ice machine Getting to the location is a bit confusing, and driving through the entry to another business. If droping off someone disabled or using a walker close to the front door like other hotels have the concrete curbside does not have a lower area to push someone in a wheelchair. One would have to walk down to the disabled parking spots to enter.

I like the location. I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice cause let’s be real it’s the south side lol but the room was comfy and I like how it has a full fridge, microwave AND a little stove top. Super convenient.

I didn’t like lack of pillows, but that’s my personal preference. I like to sleep with atleast 4-5 pillows. I feel the bed wasn’t really what I expected. Such as it seemed like I could just scoot it across the floor, but it was comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Everything works nicely in room. Easy to find off highway and close to lots of restaurants. Kitchenette is nice.

Dog fee is high. I thought it was a $50 deposit plus $10/ night. But it’s a $50 one time fee + $10/ night so for one night it’s $60 for the dog. Also, you can hear the highway noise from the room.
