Please Note: This is a budget-friendly hotel. If you are five-star hotel users, my positive comments may most likely not serve you. Location: Access from freeway. Close to airport (fairly safe) Room: Spacious clean room with comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. The bathroom (bathtub-shower and toilet; washing sink is just outside of it in the room) is a bit small but equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body soap on the wall. Breakfast: I really liked the basic selection (also hot foods like eggs and sausages etc), especially the waffles. Also napkins and utensils placed efficiently at each station, very convenient and clean.

1. Checking-in timing. I used the online checking system so it shouldn’t have taken such time on site, but when I arrived at the reception desk, there was a customer and a clerk on the phone with some issues (sounded like) holding up the time and effort of the receptionist. Had to wait good over 20mins. I wished there was another line or counter for online check-in customers just to receive keys and necessary info with ID checking system. FYI once it was my turn, the clerk lady friendly processed and gave me the keys (already prepared) in a jiffy. Highly recommend the online system. 2. Not enough luggage carts There was only one available and when I arrived it had been in use for awhile and not available. Very inconvenient since I had multiple (5+) luggage from road trip.

The shower had good hot water and pressure. The bed was very comfy. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and stocked with amenities. AC kept room nice and cool despite the problem with cover. Will quite likely stay there again in the future.

Even though it worked fine, the front cover of the AC unit was falling off. Toilet paper holder was barely secured in wall by one screw that was only halfway screwed in. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. I only mention the first and second items because we have stayed in the same room a couple of times in the past, and those things are still not fixed. The third item was a new issue. However, it is something that you want working properly. I hope to find these things fixed next time we stay there.

This is not my first stay at this days inn. I chose it because it is clean quite and the location is good for me. This stay I asked for extra towels and that was not a problem. I have not tried the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. Maybe next time I will give it a try.

I don't really have any complaints. Although I did notice the walls in the bathroom could be wiped down a little better.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable, staff was very nice. This was a very affordable hotel that I would stay at again. We were provided with a good breakfast. Checking in and out was very easy and quick. This hotel is right off the freeway so it’s very convenient to get around.

If I had to come up with something that I didn’t like about this hotel, it would be that you can’t smoke in the room because it’s a non-smoking hotel L O L

Like the staff they are attentive and willing to help. The place was clean

Only thing is I stayed 3 nights and got woken up by house keeping 2 days in a row asking if I wanted room service. When I asked the front desk to not have housekeeping. Then 10 mins later the same thing. Me and my 2 year old son were woken up this time and it was not even 10am. Second day was only one time, but again not even 10am and we know how they knock

Having a downstairs room was nice room was very clean bed was comfortable and location was perfect will stay again

The bathroom light burn out the first night so we were using r phone flash lights when in there. Was woken up to a huge fight between a couple staying next door went on for a few hours and no one from the property came over to settle the situation down.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was I had asked for extra bath towels in the room. They did not have them in there. I figured having made my reservation so far in advance that it would have been handled. I will be staying there again in August will see if they do better.

We arrived by car and the drive was quicker than expected so we were a little early to check in. The young man at the desk when we arrived was very professional and kind. He went to check on room readiness and invited us to relax in comfy chairs in the lobby and use the wifi, watch TV etc. I'm sorry I didn't get his name because it was just a few minutes until shift change and Barbara took over. Most of our wait was with her and she was delightful. She took over checking room cleaning progress and we enjoyed chatting with her while she worked. They did get us into a first floor room, as we'd requested, and a few minutes early. Later we consulted with her about nearby restaurants and she was generous and gave it some thought, made a few recommendations, and answered other questions about traffic and events downtown etc. We felt welcome and cared for, which we appreciated very much.

Giving this place a little lower score because it could use some maintenance, paint etc. It looks a little shabby. Though the price, location, and the excellent front desk staff made up for it. Housekeeping was less than ideal--the room didn't seem that clean, there were barely enough towels and they weren't in great shape, and there was only decaf for the coffee maker!

Everyone is very nice, kind and more than professional.

I think I lost my Hawaii drivers license in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere on the table. So, I had to go all the way back to Hawaii and get a new one. I missed a very important appointment, but that's life.

Convenient to the airport. Comfortable bed.

No elevator. We are in our 70’s and it was very difficult to lug our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. It seemed overpriced for what we got, but we were there during the Gem & Mineral show - so maybe prices were escalated. No airport shuttle.
