The staff is caring and very empathetic. Toni is knowledgeable and great at her job. She not only is an outstanding employee but an amazing person. I was sceptable at first, after reading the reviews. If I had let the reviews sway my decision, I would of missed out on the wonderful staff. My room did not have roaches. It had a nice microwave, a mini fridge and a television. No one bothered me or harassed me in any kind of way. I was very comfortable.

Everything is great, nothing is wrong with the room at all, theirs just alil roaches running around but other than that everything is great in the room. I can't complain any more because I choose to stay here and it fits my price range.

Arrived really late but Staff still managed to get me in and into a nice clean room, the staff at this Hotel were all so nice and friendly had made me feel back at home and manager also was present who also chimed in on our little conversation 🥳

No breakfast and no wifi, we’ll actually wifi was available just connection was weak

They were very helpful in accommodating when I was pretty needy checking in. If you're looking for a pretty inexpensive place to stay and they're cool with a neighborhood that is more rough looking and it actually is anything to worry about it's right around the corner from Walmart and a bunch of other stores while it was definitely a no-frills hotel it was certainly clean and while I'm and while I'm comfortable in most neighborhoods more than perhaps some other people I still had no concerns about about safety.

Closely located to airport and near numerous restaurants and convenient stores some of which are opened 24 hours. Newly renovated clean and comfortable rooms. The front desk manager, Tiffany was awesome—-super friendly and accommodating.

Parking lot was rather small. Would have liked more towels in the rooms.

Customer service was amazing the staff members were awesome made me and my daughter feel welcomed as soon as we arrived, room was clean, clean sheets, it was a relaxing get away and staff made it possible

More pillows would of been awesome but other then that everything was great not so shabby

Got a upgrade and despite the people loitering around the area staff really did their best on kicking them off property but other then them stay was nice and quiet i was in smoking section most of my night and good to see staff even walking around to secure property felt safe

Got to check in early day of arrival, Amanda the mnger was able to get me in before check in time which was great, Room was great for me and my wife events were going on never been to tucson amanda recommended checking the gem show out which was BEAUTIFUL

Staff was amazing literally everyone that worked there greeted me gave me some info on tucson first time in tucson and i will be back forsure the manager Amanda was very helpful on the way i was list amanda guided me all the way through phone😊

No pool

The staff was friendly and helpful. Tiffany was very helpful and understanding, the cleaning staff, Anna and Nicole, Andy in maintenance, were helpful, friendly people.
