Great location, a quiet and safe area of town. the neighborhood is up-scale and friendly and includes a public golf course surrounding the Casitas. The pool and spa were nicely heated, and the gym was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided in the unit including bedding, towels, kitchen items and dishware. Parking was safe and very closely located but not too close to see and hear everyone else coming and going. All of the other guests were quiet and friendly as well as the local permanent residents in the neighborhood.

The place is showing its age, the bi-folding door to the laundry room was broken and some of the tile work in the bathrooms are in need of repair. The carpet could stand a deep cleaning or replacement, and the living room and kitchen tile floors were not clean at all. Our socks were black on the bottom's only after walking around the rooms for less than an hour, we checked the floor with a wet paper towel, and it came up dirty (near black) as well.

Staff were super nice and helpful- even supplied the kids with pool toys during our stay. Properly was beautiful and on a quiet street. Our condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Definitely would stay again.

The only downside, if it is one is that it’s on the edge of town and it’s a bit of a drive to get to anything. That being said- the location is quiet and serene- very relaxing.

The place and stay was fantastic for the price.

The showers were poorly designed for safety. I had recent arm surgery and was traveling with an elderly relative. We both ended up using the only restroom with a walk shower and safety grip bar and even then the shower was difficult to use. A hand held wand would have helped.

The staff manning the guardhouse to the gated community was friendly and gave us all of the information that we needed for our stay. The Casita was large, clean and spacious with full kitchen, fireplace 2 separate bedroom/baths and a sofa sleeper (did not use so cannot vouch for comfort) There was a small outside balcony with a table and 2 chairs that overlooked a putting green with a view of the Rincon and Catalina Mountains. There were room darkening shades on the East wall allowing us to sleep in as desired. The pool and exercise rooms were in a separate building directly across from the parking, with a short path to it from the Casitas. The Casitas provided nice pool towels that were found in the bathroom linen closet. The heated pool was on the smaller side but clean and popular on the weekends! Attached hot tub was very nice. You have to walk through the fitness room to get to the pool. There was a porch for shade and the mountain views were stunning! Pool 5' at the center and went to 3 1/2' on either end. The Casitas were only 45 minutes from the top of Mt Lemmon and we had a very pleasant day trip up the mountain which was a welcome 25-30 degree difference from the scorching heat wave that AZ was experiencing!

I was very pleased with this unit and have little constructive criticism. The tile in the primary bathroom was very slick when wet so be careful. Places for hand towels would also have been welcome so you didn't have to walk behind you to find the hand towel. The TP holder in the primary bathroom was a little loose so may need to be looked at.

The place was very well decorated, it was mostly clean. It was a good fit for our needs.

One of the units had ants coming out of the tub faucet. When I went to tell the office, she stated that it was because of the Monsoon season and that we could use the ant spray. I feel that an apology would have been nice, and that she should have gone up to the unit to take care of the problem. There were also roaches in one of the units.

Good location nice pool for the kids.

The number of beds did not really work for our party of 6, and we had to get a rollaway bed brought in, the other extra bed was a hide a bed, not very comfortable. The two main beds were fine.

Excellent location, extremely well maintained and absolutely beautiful grounds. We really liked the people in the area, the sunsets from the patio and a chance to see wildlife (javelina, coyotes and a Gila monster!)

Beautiful, quiet condo comfortable for 2 couples. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Susan was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions. The conveniences of golf and a a nice swimming pool to relax in made for a fun weekend.

Black out curtains would be nice in the bedroom that faces into the courtyard. The bright porch lights kept the room lit up all night making it challenging to sleep.

The location and area was excellent for our purposes, close to our family. We enjoyed the scenery and it was a very quiet setting. The casita is a nice size. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of linens were supplied.

The water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. The ice dispenser did work. The bathroom fans are very loud. The switch to turn on the fan in the living room did not work.

The location was beautiful, even in the summer. The unit was clean and the layout was nice. Communication was good. As it was our first time I thought I had booked a second floor unit, but we were given a first floor unit. We got that squared away with Jose, who was very easy to make contact with. We will definitely be going back. Really happy.
