The property was beautiful, my friends and I loved the trails and Mountain View’s as well as the big beautiful lobby and lounge area. It was also dog friendly so I’m happy I could bring my girl. The staff was extra kind, almost like being at Disney land. I loved it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that one of the trails wasn’t lit up very well (the one closest to the building after taking an immediate left when you exit the outdoor walkway with the fountains)

Room was very large! We had a room at the end of the building, so it was very quiet. Bed was comfy, TV was big. Bathroom had a separate shower from the tub; I wish the tub was bigger, it would fit a kid but not an average-sized adult. Parking was free. We ate at the restaurant in the main building one day, we liked our dinners.

We arrived after dark, and didn't know the layout of the property. I wish a staff member had been there to show us to our building/room because we kinda wandered around until we found a building with an elevator to get us to the 2nd floor. Fridge door didn't latch easily so overnight it wasn't on. They didn't provide a shower cap (to keep my hair dry when showering; hard to keep my hair out of the "rainfall" shower) so when i asked for one, what i got was more like a hair net with a hole in it. Did not use that in the shower.

The room was ample sized, in good repair and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were lovely. The bathroom was large, towels were fluffy, shower fixtures upgraded and the bath products were very nice. The view of the Catalinas from our room was, as advertised, very pleasant. We had lunch twice and the food was excellent. The property appears to be undergoing a facelift and our stay was unaffected.

Staffing levels seem rather sparse. Parking was inconvenient so we opted to use the valet services. Room service options were rather limited, particularly for breakfast.

Housekeeping was great, providing water bottles and tea bags daily. The food at the cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. All-in-all, a great place to relax.

The pillows were lumpy but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Staff and amenities were incredible. Pool and food incredible too

Only issue we had was having to call front desk both nights to request security address the folks staying in room above us. I’ve never had to do that in my life. They were so loud and inconsiderate. Security had to go to their room 3 times in 2 nights.

Multiple pools, spectacular views, comfy bed, excellent meals, extremely friendly and accomodating staff

We reached out to the front desk with a request, were promised a phone call in 30 minutes, and never heard back. We got the issue settled late that day.

Very pleasant venue, room was very nice and AC cold! Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Difficult to walk around for seniors with limited mobility and everything costs extra..parking: $35, breakfast: $35, cocktails $17...just a nickel and dime kinda thing.

Front desk staff was awesome and so helpful with everything. Room was great, clean and comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Pool was great, but the hot tub could be hotter (cold outside at night)

Could use a coffee shop in main area (Starbucks is coming soon but wasn't opened when we were there) so have to get into your car to get breakfast.

The resort was fun! We enjoyed the pools! Staff was very polite! The bellman are the best!!! Funny guys! They treated us well!

The room was outdated and the carpet smelled of possibly cats or a horse? Lol! The resost was empty and they still placed us in Building E which is quite aways away from everything. Not sure why they were filling the back buildings when nobody was there? Other than that the stay was amazing!

All members of the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the golf cart ride and help with getting luggage to the room. The check in clerk was very helpful with our room choice.

For some reason we were unable to receive retired military rate upon check in.
