The room was great. Very big. Eventually I was able To get the microwave that I needed. Shower was spacious. Felt very secure.

It was noisy being next to the hospital. Housekeeping was understaffed. Room didn’t always get cleaned and supplies were hard to get.

Location is great. Very much in the middle of where I needed to go.The place is very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Response from employees is prompt. I truly enjoyed my stay, I also thought the price was just right.Thank YOU.

Now a day most places offer free breakfast. Nice to have a few snacks available. I understand Having IHOP outside your door can be complicated.

The property was extremely clean. Rooms were very spacious and location was perfect for our weekend plans. Coffee bar was open 24 hours which was super convenient.

The location was good, easy and centrally located. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The parking was close to the room.

Did not have WIFI in the room without paying had to use public areas. The bed was very uncomfortable, The curtains did not close all the way. The room was hard to find.

It seems secure. The restaurant and bar are over priced but nice to have.

Cleaning service is off and on. Some days my room was clean and coffee/towels restocked. Others not…

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Nice amount of space. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, many choices.

Shower door was a little weird as it didnt close and water got all over the floor. Bed felt a little "springy" but great pillows.

90% of everything was a great place.

The only 2 things I didn't like was the room never cooled down. I was waking up all through the night just hot . The fridge didn't really get cold and it smelled like it didn't work. It seemed like the fridge was just stale.

It looks like a parking lot to a apartment complex with bad curb appeal The eggs at breakfast were disgusting! I am certain they all go right in the trash. For the price of the room I would expect more!

Loved the high tech lighting in the room. Check in staff was excellent.

Room refrigerator temp was not cold. The next morning, I found adjustment on it to make it colder. Also have not received receipt for my stay yet. Was told it would be emailed to me.

Resort like feel, free breakfast & happy hour for club level.

If your room is on the east side of the building you may get woken up by medvac landing at the hospital, but it wasn’t too bad. The sun also comes in bright & early, but the room darkening shades are perfect.
