If available get a third floor room on the north side. There are nice views of the Catalinas to look out on. The hotel rooms are updated and modern. The rooms are well insulated and quiet from noise in the evening from other rooms. The beds are comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It is a solid hotel albeit a little expensive for perhaps what it is. We did utilize the excercise room which we enjoyed and sat by the pool which was fair. Breakfast was fair, the attendant though very nice. One day they didn't have milk, but no big deal. For quick meals there is a Cane's Chicken place and a Hawaiian Brothers grille right next to hotel which we enjoyed.

We unfortunately did have trouble with the washers and dryers, needing help from front desk with washer, eventually losing money in the dryer. Not wanting to bother the front desk again. We managed and ended up hang drying the clothes. We found the thermostats a bit finicky in the rooms, perhaps too regulated? Not sure. But it was March, the weather was pleasant, and room temperature was certainly acceptable.

The Hampton Inn and Suites was a nice, clean hotel, with friendly staff, decent breakfast, and spacious rooms. The room was clean and everything functioned perfectly.

The one downside was that there was a tremendous buildup of static electricity through the carpeted halls, so when you touched the elevator buttons or your door handle, you received quite a jolt! Not sure if anything can be done about that, so just be prepared.

The lobby and room were both clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (Kim) while checking in and (Danielle) checking out were professional and friendly.

The coffee and tea service for the in room Keurig had not been replaced after the last guest. A minor inconvenience. I do like coffee while getting ready for the day.

I was in town for a sick family member, and they made me very comfortable and helped me with the surrounding area, restaurants and stores. And they kept the coffee hot. All of them were very friendly!

No complaints I did have to have my toilet plunged, but that’s to be expected in hotels sometimes. They were very quick to do it for me.

The breakfast was very good,it changed every day. The property was well kept and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The TV was outdated,they need to upgrade to movie channels. What you have now is unacceptable. Sometimes a person uses the hotel as home base between hospital visits and it would be nice to have that to enjoy and if it comes to choosing between a hotel with updated TV and yours the latter wins .

The king suite room was large, well decorated, and quiet. The bed was comfy. Internet and TV all worked well. Breakfast was adequate and fresh fruit was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Then entrance and exit to the hotel are poorly designed and very confusing. You end up driving around the back of the hotel to get to the front. The room only had one trash bin and none in the bathroom. The heat was old school and very hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. Normally this room design has hooks to hang coats near the entrance but there were none. The room had no extra blanket which resulted on two trips to the front desk.

The daily breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and spacious so I did like that. It’s good value for the money. The location was great because we headed out south every day to discover something new. I would definitely go back again.

The ice machine was broken on our floor and the pool could have been bigger and more of an inviting place. But we didn’t stay there for the pool, we chose that spot for location to other places in southern arizona

Clean, easy check in, very friendly and helpful staff made my stay easy and seamless. Also parking was very accessible and easy for me to find and get to quickly. I also loved the channels availble for viewing and including HBO- plenty of entertainment after a long day.

The restaurant Sweet Tomatoes was walking distance to the hotel. This restaurant is the only one in the United States reminiscent of the Souplantation chain. Also the hotel is near Saguaro National Park East.

Size of the room. And the layout of the room. The refrigerator worked very well!

I would have liked a handheld in the shower. I am short and the shower head was a little too high, perfect for tall people but not me
