Room was big and everything important was there.

HUGE cockroaches!!!! Huge!!!! I left some food outside (not in the fridge) when i came back to the room cockroaches were everywhere!! Even on my bad!!!!!!! And i just realized they were there always. It’s disgusting and i can’t imagine how i was drinking water from cups,,, Also when cleaning lady took my towels she took them with my underwear, I complained and asked to bring them back. Never happened. They were super expensive. In the gym machine super old and there are no dumbbells even. Only 1 machine. But i guess for 3 star hotel is ok. And also a breakfast very poor but i guess it’s also topical for 3* in usa. So i don’t complain

pool facilities and the view were awesome. Decent breakfast each morning with ample variety

some physical details need attention The toilet wouldn’t flush so I had to reattach the handle to the tank. the flooring in the bathroom is lifting and bubbled due to poor install as the silicon seal between floor and tub is compromised The main thing that I object to is the pigeon shit in the hall outside pool area. pigeons carry diseases namely Histoplasmosis There are guards that can be installed to prevent the birds from roosting on the door closers etc

Wanted to eat at an Italian place ... a great one, Locale, was across the street. Their eggplant parm was superb. Their wine was great. My room was quiet and very nice. I slept well. I would stay here again.

I know you 'hope' that guests won't smoke on your property. They know it is non-smoking. A man two doors down was vaping in the hallway and I saw him again out by the pool. Vaping and smoking are the same a drag. Out by the pool were some of your staff for a bit, no one went up to him. I didn't want to ruin my stay to get into it with him. More coaching of your staff would be something to consider.

This stay was for bedside vigil for my Mother's passing. My Sister on this trip has COPD, I live out of country and I am 61 and broken both ankles not long ago. Staff had been obliging getting me in the main building to reduce the stress on ankles AND now for the soft tissue still recovering. Always pleasant stay and the staff has always been kind, courteous and gone above and beyond if need be. If there are Sports teams and the Breakfast is reduced down to crumbs (exaggerating) the kitchen person has always restocked for my wants.

There always seems to be something missing: Usually the Battery cover to the TV remote. Sometimes closet door, once a hair dryer, sometimes light bulbs, Once (and I was moved to another room)..... the black out Curtains. :-P And there are usually 'some' fabric stains on the furniture NOT the linens.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved the pool area. And the complimentary water and iced tea in the lobby was wonderful. For the purpose of my trip the location was great.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels that had breakfasts and this one did not have the variety of food that other hotels have had. Plus, they kept running out of everything and it would take awhile to get the food stocked up. One day they just had to shut the breakfast down 45 min early because they ran out of food.

Good counter space in the bathroom. The room itself was spacious and we had a great view of the mountains. I appreciated the extra coffee in the room as well as fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful and attentive. Gym was clean and had adequate equipment. Breakfast had multiple options and hot protein.

Carpets either need a good cleaning or replacement. I would not walk on it barefoot. Need some work keeping the breakfast foods stocked and area clean but I liked the variety. Pool was not heated. I cannot go in water that cold.

There is park across the way from the hotel and it features a very nice walking/running path around it. This was unexpected and well appreciated. There are many restaurants and shopping areas within 10 minutes by car. No car, there are still a number of choices within 10 minutes walking.

The property is a bit tired, they work hard to keep it clean (and they succeed) but it needs some love. The breakfast is only satisfactory. There didn't seem to be anybody from the hotel there to assist with questions or requests.

Reasonable price/value and reasonably close to university. Nice breakfast in AM although less options if you get there in last hour as it only partially restocks. Staff was cordial, nice. Nice space to our particular room. Nice that there is a frig/ mini kitchenette area in room. Spacious table area for breakfast in AM.

Missed cleaning our room for a day and a half until we brought it to their attention.
