This is a very comfortable place with exceptional staff who made sure we had a pleasant stay. They cheerfully helped us out with doors, internet connections and everything else -- at the front desk, at breakfast and housekeeping. We enjoyed the subtle and sophisticared desert art and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was very good as well and included hot dishes. The practical and efficient coin operated laundry was great experience ! Although located in a secluded area, this property is close to good restaurants. We had a most enjoyable stay and would return.

Very comfortable room with nice amenities, a nicely appointed kitchenette , fluffy pillows and a great bed . Good selection for the free breakfast, and very friendly staff . Cost effective compared to hotels closer to U of A ,short cab ride over .

Every thing was as expected - no complaints

The bed was comfy.

Excessive pet fee. Had I known it was $100, we wouldn’t have booked. Most places are $25 or less. The coffee maker was disgusting and if you’re calling it a suite with a kitchenette, maybe have stuff that isn’t disgusting to use.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff taking care of the breakfast are was sich a great hostess. The small gym is so convenient.

Shading for the pool would be nice. I paid my room at the time of reservation and when I checked in my card was charged again. I was told they woukd do a reversal and I would see my funds in my bank account in 3-5 days.

Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms. Love the kitchenette. Centrally located but also tucked away from traffic.

The shower pressure sucks!

The waffles were awesome.

I didn't see anything in the room telling how to get on the WiFi.

They have a continental breakfast that is great. The staff works very hard, is super nice, and quite accommodating.

All was good.

My kids were loving the room. They were super happy and impressed. I was so happy that they were happy. Staff was great. Room was Excellent for us.

I cannot recall anything that I didn't like

Breakfast was very good a lot of choices. Location near where we wanted go. Room was appointed very nicely, comfortable beds, nice towels and sheets and was very clean. Housekeeping serviced the rooms every other day for long stays.

Wasn’t anything not to like.

The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Full sized refrigerator was clean and a welcome amenity.

There was no vent hood above the cooktop. Slightly problematic if cooking aromatic foods.
