Check-in no problem. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They responded to our requests promptly and courteously.

Our room was considered accessible for mobility issues. HOWEVER - the shower did not have a chair or shower bench. The refrigerator was not cooling and was leaking water. Both issues were resolved promptly. Another issue is one staff cannot resolve. That is: The ramps and elevators. The distance between the elevators and the ramps is incredibly long for a mobility impaired person using a walker and not a scooter. Additional handicap parking spots would be appreciated. The "happy hour" was disappointing.

Beautiful. Restaurant and bar good food and drinks. Very friendly.

Perfect location for a family get together. The suite was spacious enough. Even though most of the rooms are away from the street, our room was closer to the main street but we were not bothered by noise because of the white noise from the fan in the separate sink area. The inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of area inside & outside for relaxation. We also enjoyed the evening two drink per person happy hour with hors d'oeuvres. The pool is large & the jacuzzi was great after a long day.

There was only two chairs in the mini table/kitchen area.

The King Suite was roomy and very comfortable. The king bed was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The room layout was logical and inviting. 2 TV's, a microwave, fridge and other amenities were a great touch.

The room and hotel lived up to our expectations. Just a small nitpick, with two travelers, both of which are coffee drinkers, I would like to have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Recommend at least 4 coffee pods for when 2 guests are staying. Not a complaint, just a preference. I should have asked at check-in, but never remember. This small inconvenience does not diminish our experience!

Did not have breakfast at all. The menu did not offer pancakes or waffles.

The pool was not heated on Saturday night. Great disappointment. The jacuzzi timer was broken. The water at best was Luke warm. The guest blanket for the pull out bed had a huge hole. Also our refrigerator was broken in our room. At checkout I stated the condition of the pool's and our room. I brought up if the blanket had such noticeable holes ' perhaps donate to the homeless.

Our suite was comfortable with good amenities including a two-part bathroom with an additional sink which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and made sure to accommodate our request for an easily accessible room. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, so plentiful and delicious! Pool and gardens were pleasant. Location in a safe, residential area but also close to restaurants and shopping is a big plus.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the regular beds are excellent. The grounds could be better maintained. Some outdoor areas needed sweeping.

We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It had a variety of food to choose from. Also, I liked the evening free cocktail.

I think you should have 2 bottles of water in the rooms as compliementary for guest. After a long journey, all one wants is to hydrate especially in Tucson.

Breakfast was plentiful, except it seemed they needed more help. Very long line. Stopped at the bar to pick up a meal, bar tender was helpful and friendly, burger was excellent.

The room above, I think had children, running and slamming doors until about 3 AM. Tough to get sleep as every time we dozed off, someone was banging on the ceiling. We should have called the desk but kept hoping they would stop.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was kind and helpful. The location in east Tucson is great and ideal to visit Mount Lemmon and University of Arizona and Sabino Canyon. In addition, The breakfast was superb and the complimentary tickets for the bar was a surprise. We'll definitely come back.

I can't think of anything really negative.

Our suite had a real feel of luxury to it which seemed to surpass the price we paid! On reflection we regretted not staying there for longer than the one night, and would definitely stay there again if ever we found ourselves in the Tucson area again!

Cant think of anything we didn't like.
