Affordable, easy parking, good breakfast, thoughtful staff that cared about our issue with the internet. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower. Good coffee maker in the room. Clean quiet hotel with nice breakfast room. Large hotel room with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and two TV's with good choice of channels. One night several children ( at least more than one) were loudly jumping around in the room above us. After it went on for at least half-an-hour I called the desk. They sent someone up to the room and the racket stopped. Great service. We will for sure be back for another week during the Tucson Festival of Books

terrible internet. I never had more than one bar except at 2AM. There is no fan in the bathroom

The staff is the best part of this hotel! They were friendly, kind, professional, and helpful. Though the facilities were clean, well maintained and dated the staff makes it worth the stay. The surrounding restaurants; Guadalajara Mexican Grill is located directly across from the Ramada Wyndham Viscount, which is an added bonus. Other nearby vendors with outdoor eateries, and local cuisine is another bonus. The club proximity to Walgreens is another bonus! The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. Wilber's Restaurant was an added bonus. It offered both food and entertainment. An awesome comedy show took place during our stay.

Some grows: The facilities were dated and need a fresh coat of paint to give a brighter, lighter, sunnier, environment. The hot tub had no jets, the lack of vanity cabinets or drawers in the bathroom, the in room safe was confusing to use and didn't have type-written instructions

Excellent facility with spacious, tasteful lobby. Very impressive breakfast with exceptionally attentive staff and plenty of seating in the dining area and extending into the atrium. Executive rooms were spacious and comfortable with room to work and relax. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Only complaint was the curtain by the front door had about a 4-inch gap when closed, not providing privacy from passersby in the hallway - had to hook it on the doorknob to cover the gap. Otherwise, high ratings for this facility.

The breakfast was filling. A little disappointed that the same thing was served the next day since we stayed for 2 nights.

One of the kitchen staff members was pretty openly rude. She made it a point to call out some diners for breakfast on how well they were dressed and it was appropriate for breakfast time to be dressed to the nines. She said it loud enough for everyone to hear, made the food that she stated she cooked not taste as good. Also had a staring problem, made me and my family very uncomfortable to even grab anything. Didn’t catch her name but I know she had gray hair tied in a ponytail, short slender build. The rest of the dining area staff were great. Nighttime bartender was wonderful.

The rooms are very nice, but really a lot of space good bank for the dollar

The carpet in the hallway are very stained. It looks like they had a lot of plumbing problems over the years. Carpets are all staying no matter what floor you’re on. It’s time for a new carpet. A couple days you can smell sewer in the hallways like the Head plumbing problems again when I say they’re in January, I had to change rooms because of plumbing problems.

Room was very big had a separate sitting area restaurant on site hot tub nice and big pool heated can't beat the price either 96$ and the room is 550 sqft and no pet fee best shower I've ever seen in a hotel hot water good vibrating shower head towels are right there non slip bottom tub grab bar very secure homeless can't get in location not bad quatalajara Mexican place right next door

Big room with a living room

The room AC thermostat doesn't control anything. The hotel has a fixed temperature setting and can't be controlled by the occupants. Just the fan speed is either ON or OFF or set to slow medium or fast. We had to call the front desk so a technician could increase the room temperature. Our room was too cold the first night, and the second night, we had to turn the fan off because it was too warm. The room could've used more cleaning. Other than that, it was fair. Continental breakfast was decent, too. Staff were friendly.

Great hotel, and pleasantly surprised as each room was a suite with sitting area and extra TV. Fantastic inclusive breakfast.

The only negative I would say is the wooden floors were dirty as I found out walking around barefoot. Also the Air Con in the room was weak at best, despite maintenance looking at it.

This was a great value for staying 4 nights. Room was very big for one person. It would probably work for up to 4 people. Overall a nice place to stay. Maybe a little run down but not bad. Some of the washers didn't work. This place has a very good breakfast,tho. Would stay here again.

Lighting could've been better. Some of the lamps didn't work and there weren't many overhead lights.

Liked the overall appearance of the hotel and its grounds. Like very much the configuration of the room and the friendly staff, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. The hotel rate was excellent and was in a good location for restaurants

The breakfast buffet was really good except for the hash browns. They were very dry. The furniture was old and not appealing, our dresser had drawers that were hard to pull out and use, but the beds were comfortable. We were hoping that the grille/cafe would have been opened for service to include the bar service.
