The room was large and had a separate sitting room-very nice. The bathroom was old and very small. The room smelled very musty. The stairs were steep and poorly lit at night. It was very convenient to have a restaurant and bar on the premises with indoor and outdoor seating.

The staff was very grumpy and acted very put upon when asked for anything-sighs and eye rolls when we asked for ice. The front desk man told us the ice machine was “near the pool”. He looked really annoyed whe I asked for a bag for the ice. The waitress that served us breakfast and lunch outside was very snarky and annoyed that we had 2 children with us. The indoor waitress and bartender at night were very nice. The food was expensive but good, but the very rude staff made the experience less than positive.

This is an exceptional place to stay when traveling or for a destination vacation. Our room was superb — spotlessly clean, superior comfort. Everything worked beautifully. The main dining room isn’t open until fall, but the smaller, casual restaurant accommodated diners easily, and the food was delicious. The staff deserve a special thank you! My husband can’t walk easily, so he used a wheelchair, and the staff helped us maneuvering around the complex graciously. They were so kind and attentive. We’re going into Tucson’s hot summer, and this is a great time to get good deals on room rates and a quieter experience. It was a perfect place to stay and get away from a busy routine.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like!

Expensive breakfast but pleasant and adequate. Good location, excellent large property with great ambience and liked the outdoor games and swimming pool.

The furnace filter in our room, no. 127, seemed to need replacement. There was a slight scent of sewer gas in the bathroom, but not constant. Bulb for outside door was burned out. Quality of the room, large with two patios and gas fireplace more than made up for any of these things.

The charm of this historic inn is incredible! We loved the unexpected afternoon tea. We loved walking the stunning and peaceful grounds. The staff was warm, welcoming, and responsive. We are planning to book more dates in 2025.

The heating in our room was a little wonky-too hot/too cold. But it didn't really detract from our experience.

This is an older facility with much "character." The staff were all quite good and high tea in the library was nice touch. We also ate lunch at restaurant - really good! The grounds were large, and dotted with fruit trees. The facility has nice pool, pingpong, croquet, tennis, bicycles to use and located very very close (walking distance) from Banner Medical Center (where I was speaking).

Furniture in rooms and lobby dated, but on the other hand that was part of the Arizona Inn's charm.

THe arizona Inn was a very Old World Hotel . It made me feel a part of Tucson History. It is definitely worth a stay. I loved the library best.

I feel the menu was very limited in the restaurant. I am vegetarian and not any exctining choices. The Hotel was lovely and made the mediocre food less of an issue.

The hotel was excellent having character and comfort. There was a lovely outdoor pool and free ice cream in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and the grounds are really well designed and landscaped. large free car park

A little way out form downtown but we were driving to National Parks so didn't matter

Tea Service was nice. It added some atmosphere to the place. Property is super quiet and very spacious for a hotel. The privacy and cleanliness was really quite nice.

Really small thing here. Loose leaf tea and teapots would have been nicer as well as a bit more seating for that service. Otherwise the hotel exceeded expectations.

Fabulous historic property in the middle of town. They promise Privacy, Quiet and Sunshine, and boy do they deliver. A uniquely luxurious experience. Very old school. Very much worth it.

It’s charm is that it hasn’t changed in decades.

Location is great, very relaxing vibe, I could imagine being very comfortable for an extended stay

The room was a little musty, like it hadn't been aired out prior to my stay. The AC was set pretty high at first, it may have actually been set to heat.
