The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. They use good quality pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. The heat and the A/C work very well and run quietly. The motel policies are fair and clear. The manager is kind and fair. The staff is pleasant, kind and competent. They know their jobs well and have a sense of loyalty to duty.

It could be closer to the university by bus, but the city bus stops across from the motel on Stone goes downtown where you transfer to the university bus. All city buses are currently free.

Although the property is fairly old, they've done a great job at keeping it up to date. I stay in a lot of economy lodgings and compared to most, the beds are more comfortable, the furnishings in better condition, and especially the number of outlets by the bed! I can't believe how many places you have to hunt for them. My room here had many right by the bed to recharge the phone, or plug in a computer.

The shower could use some TLC. The rod and curtain were about falling down, but they did work at least.

There was no breakfast for anybody there was copy available bed was comfortable TV was enormous wish there was a coffee pot in the room

Coffee pot would have been great in the room front desk could be more knowledgeable if things I asked where there was ice after giving him my key and then I couldn't get into actually get ice that was an issue but I left anyways cuz I wasn't going to wait around

Location is close to campus, downtown, a plenty of good local food. Rooms are always clean with HUGE, new televisions, and the rooms have been remodeled.

The pillows are very small & EXTREMELY lumpy. The king bed is fairly comfortable, depending on your liking, but those pillows made it hard for me to get a good night's rest.

Location. Close to everywhere i needed to go. Comfortable bed. AC was nice

Parking, too close to each other. There was a hair-tie on the floor full of hair. Upstairs person walked around really loud. I booked a king bed but was downgraded to a queen

Clean, comfortable room. Central location. I had a billing issue and that was taken care of NY the very pleasant clerk in the office.

Pool not taken care of. Couldn't use it.

I liked my stay here. Definitely value for money and affordable. Hopefully you can continue to provide this service without increasing your price :). Would love to stay here whenever I visit Tucson again in next couple of months.

i like the professional hospitality of the staff. very nice l, easy going and and It’s a surprising delight in a town where most places to stay are lacking in basic hospitality skills.

pool unavailable. I understand the upkeep of a pool and how quickly a pool can turn green but I know pool professionals take pride in never allowing a day go bay guest cannot use the pool during this time of the year in Tucson people are looking forward to a swim. the jacuzzi looked good to go in my opinion this should at least been opened.

The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff was so accommodating and very kind.

The front desk staff. There is one man, an overnight staff member, who was lovely and kind and provided quick quality service. The rest provided slow and inconsistent service. They were a bit combative and seem in need of therapy. 0/10 just throw the whole staff away.

The room was cleaned almost everyday, clean towels provided. I had no issues during my stay, the place was quite although it was facing a parking lot. I did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were nice and welcoming.

I did not like that the breakfast was not included in the price.
