The Radisson was a bit difficult to find using my google maps , so I called the hotel and they gave me directions to get there with no problem, as I entered the doors the hotel looked very clean and the check in was easy. Chris the manager was very polite and Curtious and informative on the amenities , breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed sitting in the patio having breakfast , the room was clean and comfortable with the AC working great, and even enjoyed the jacuzzi one of the nights. This was our first time in Tucson taking in the sights and easy to reach with the freeway near by. If in the Tucson area again I would gladly stay again and recommend to others.

Jackie and Chef Cindy were always friendly and helpful. General Manager Christopher is a good hard working man. Good staff. Great breakfast

I want my choice privileges points and they say they maybe don’t give them with booking.com. Makes no sense. I pay money

I was greeted by friendly staff who provided me with a list of local eating establishments and their genre and addresses. Staff also talked to me about Old Tucson Studio which I was visiting that evening. Breakfast was included and I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of food -- pre-made omelets, sausage, muffins, cereal, juices, fresh fruit. The room was spacious and clean with TV/satellite. The bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was ok but same menu each day Coffee warm. But it was arranged well.

It was beautiful and everything was super clean and fresh. I also appreciated the extra security with the officer in the lobby at night.

Everything was perfect, honestly. Loved the price of the suite with the living space and the kitchenette. The bathroom was a tinge on the small side, but hardly a complaint.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.

Tucson's freeway system sucked. The entire 10 freeway was stopped cold and added an extra half hour of our drive time. It's not the hotel's fault though. Most everything they did was spot on for making the stay there pleasant and comfortable.

Loved it all. Loved the room, it was quiet!! Soundproof! I couldn't hear the shower when my friend was showering. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and well stocked. Evening front office staff on Friday and Saturday night were extremely friendly and helpful, absolutely loved Jemica and her co-worker!!

There was not one thing I disliked. But I will mention, the city should do something about the garbage dumped out behind the hotel on the walking path. I realize the homeless situation is awful through out the US, but the mess once encounters on the path is terrible! I realize this has nothing to do with the hotel, but it would help the location.

The price was reasonable. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The only thing was that the ice machine was broken on our floor.

The person in charge of the front desk she was wonderful. I am going through health issues. I'm having heart surgery, and I have cancer on top of that. She made my stay so welcomely, like I was her family. I feel better in the morning, and your breakfast was wonderful. She even helped me out with my mistake when I was trying to get in the wrong room. She checked my key and told me that I was in 317 not 217..lol That made me laugh, which is a good thing now a days. I have a dog and she was gracious with me with her. I'd love to stay here again but I can't afford the cost for my deductible and 2 night stay it's a wonderful place/ person.

Well, my husband went down to breakfast at 8:25 and was told there was no more hot breakfast. So he just got cereal and came back to the room.

Room were very clean, the minute you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the place, front desk was always so great.

One of the lady that worked in the breakfast area was rude when we asked if there was anymore food and it was only 8am and breakfast didn’t end til 9, she said there was no more. She was just rude and had a bad attitude, I’ll nvr forget her face
