Stayed overnight to attend a concert at the Rialto. We arrived almost an hour early but our room was ready. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They informed us there was no continental breakfast but they have an agreement with Jerry Bobs across the street which provides a discount if you mention staying at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the kitchenette is a great deal if you need one, and they also have other kitchen items in a cupboard down from the front desk such as blenders, etc for your convenience. There is a Bashas (Arizona grocery store) across the street where you can shop for longer stays plus Candlewood had a small store of items reasonably priced for quick needs. We would definitely choose them again when in town.

Both ladies at the desk were the sweetest humans I have ever met. Super friendly, very patient, very nice. The kitchen was so nice, and the desk/office space was awesome. There were real silverware, glasses, and plates to use. The fridge was full-sized and the whole suite was just really nice.

The shower faucet leaked like mad. The water pressure was good, but because the showerhead was either plugged with hard water, or just the leak itself, it just seemed like it could have been better. There were people driving up and down the road, drag-racing, revving engines, etc. ALL NIGHT LONG.

Spacious room with comfy bed and super soft linens. Nice clean bathroom with all toiletries you need. Very helpful and friendly staff. And very nice complementary hot chocolate from the coffee bar by the reception. 😊

Quite noisy A/C (but I’m “A/C” sensitive) and noisy fridge humming through the night.

Property is clean and conveniently located by grocery store and gas stations and I10 not far away. A quiet area.

The Facilities were a little tired. The hallway door had a big gap by the latch, the air handling unit was noisy, the wireless had trouble connecting, the toilet seat was loose.

Did not use the breakfast. I am not sure if breakfast was provided. We brought our own things.

The rooms are showing wear and tear. This hotel could use a remodel. The room was comfortable. We stayed during August and the rate was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable. Good central location.

We really liked this place. A bath with a working plug always a bonus, a kitchenette area with a toaster and all plates, cutlery, pans etc (stayed in some places with kitchenettes that don't provide these). Good wifi, clean, comfortable, quiet, small shop on site, no breakfast but discount card for local cafe.

The facilities were great. Large room, comfy bed, armchair, kitchenette, cooking utensils and pans, huge fridge-freezer, bath with a plug that worked (!), curtains stopped all light coming in too. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, there was a small shop for milk, food and drink items and the laundry was free. We were on the top floor over the pool and bbq area and needed an early night so were a little worried about noise but even on a Saturday night, all was quiet down there by 10pm.

The only negative was that the air con in the room made a loud clunk every time it turned off in the night, loud enough to wake us up each time which was a shame.

Room was spacious and clean. The room included a full size refrigerator, which I was not expecting, and a microwave oven and two-burner stove. The area around the hotel was clean and felt safe.

Very clean hotel, and all the front desk staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was also the quietest hotel room I’ve been in for quite some time. You could hear people out in the hall but I never heard any other guests while in my room, which I greatly appreciated.
