Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, couldn't tell it was pet-friendly. The outside area was also clean, not a lot of trash in the parking lot or outside area, you did not smell anyone's pet's waste, urine, or feces. The room didn't smell like anyone's pets. They have outside ashtrays all over, so when I smoked it was easy to find a place to put my cigarette butts. It is close to a Denny's that is open 24/7, so you can go to eat when you are hungry. Quick Trip within walking distance for snacks, water, beer, smokes... exct. There is a mini fridge in the rooms. Target is close by to get stuff you may have forgotten. They have vending machines, a laundry room with one washer and one dryer 1.50 a load for each machine.

It would have been nice to have something for coffee in the rooms, like a small coffee pot and a microwave. There is coffee in the lobby, it is just convenient to have it in your room so you do not have to people before you have your first cup of caffeine. No complaints really.

very clean, employees very cordial, liked that they provided hand soap, shower gel, shampoo abd a hair dryer in bathroom, and refrigerator in room. And there was a washer and dryer so I got to do some laundry while there and it was cheaper than a laundromat. I also got an early check-in on my booking.com deal. I checked in at 1:15 when I arrived in Tucson….did not have to wait til 3 p.m. That was a big plus. I just really enjoyed my stay. If I had had more extra money to spend, I would have been tempted to stay a couple more days.

would like to have had a microwave in room, but couldn’t beat what I DID have in room for the price. Wish I didn’t have to pay a $50 deposit(which they did refund already) because it always takes several days for my bank to refund it, and I am living on my social security, which isn’t much, so it hurts when that money gets pulled out of my account and doesn’t go back immediately

I enjoy how clean the hotel always is & front desk are amazing workers. They always make it so easy and I'm very satisfied with the front desk employees. I stay here many times every year great front desk staff

I left brand new pj's by accident and the cleaning staff pretended they had no idea and never found them. Completely disappointed in not being able to trust the housekeeping department if you forget something or it's left behind

Super easy access from I-10. Easy to get on and off of the highway. There is a QT attached to the parking lot for fuel/drinks. The room was clean and simple. Small frig. No microwave. Nice TV. I stayed there to get to a half marathon in Marana so it was super convenient and they let me arrange for late check out so I could come back and take a shower after the run.

No microwave. I brought food from home but couldn't heat it up.

was quiet, the a/c worked really well, got really cold during the night, the beds were good, clean. shower, bathroom clean.

the floor was really dirty. the a/c was dirty by the filter. i checked in late so the window was down for security, i understand. but felt really impersonal, the checking in process. i couldnt see the ladies face.

For the price our room was nice and clean, that's our first goal. There are a lot of local workers living there on extended stays, so there was a lot of early morning and late evening noise. A few things in our room needed fixing and I alerted the front desk when we checked out. Overall it worked for us. We had nice, safe parking.

Incredibly nice staff at front desk and they honored my request for a quiet room away from freeway, ice machine, etc. Room was extremely clean with comfy bed and good shower. It’s four-story building so I really appreciated they had luggage carts which is unheard of at this price point.

I really like having a coffee pot in my room rather than going down to the lobby before I’m awake.

They were so kind to my dog n I like we hadn’t seen before arriving here to be put on the streets again!! I’m hoping to be there again real soon and didn’t want to leave n they treated us with the best love!!

That I couldn’t stay with my baby dog because this is our 3rd state homeless together and the staff was very understanding for once on our almost 2 month of homelessness!!!!!! Thanks so much for protecting my baby girl Luna!!!!!!

The staff was amazing! Amy and angelica were so nice helpful and profesional. Was greeted with a big smile both times i stayed there on 8/12 on a trip to El paso and on 8/19 going back home to California. When i arrived the first time on 8/12 i had requested a handicap room for my dad on the 1st floor so my dad would not have to walk too far. Which we did get and was much appreciated! Upon leaving the next day i asked if i could have the same room a week later on our way back home. Amy assured me that she would have it and when we arrived a week later we did. Rooms were very clean as well.

They allowed our dogs, and this was one of the most important features for us. They also allowed a week long stay rates as well. The whole wonderful staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were very appreciative of the rooms they provided for our family and our pets while we stayed at the Red Roof Inn on Ina. The are grounds were always clean and safe.
