Liked that there was a desk & table, each with chairs, plenty of lighting, service was fantastic. When we needed help with something, it was taken care of immediately. Location was perfect distance from Tucson. Quick ck-in & ck-out. All of the staff was friendly. Room provided all the space we needed. Can't beat the price.

The bathtub/shower had large chips of fiberglass torn from the tub. Unattractive and I didn't want to take a bath as a result. I'd rate the continental breakfast D. Only choice of fruit were apples. Everything was made with white flour--pancakes, bread, bagels, and little muffins were bland. The small yogurts were made with both cane sugar and sucralose--way too much sugar and sucralose can oftentimes cause digestive problems. Overall, the breakfast was very unhealthy and didn't provide the necessary protein needed 1st thing in the morning. Very disappointing.

We are very particular about hotel rooms since my husband has a service dog with allergies, so cleanliness is a must. I usually do a “white towel test” on the floor, and I was beyond impressed—the only dirt I found came from my own shoes! The room was spotless, fresh, and so comfortable, which gave us real peace of mind while traveling. Thank you to the staff for maintaining such high standards. You made our stay stress-free, and we are truly grateful!

Breakfast could have been better, but that is just MY OPINION… my husband loved the pancakes.

very clean, easy check-in, quiet, super comfortable bed, pillow, nice quality linens, good location- easy off from freeway & close (walkable) to restaurants & shops, good wifi. Super nice to have microwave & small fridge in room

some umbrellas or shade at the pool- the pool area & hot tub are great amenities but to make it comfortable enough to use, a bit of shade seems essential. The coffee could have been better/stronger

The breakfast area was well stocked, clean had plenty of choices. We were there on a Saturday morning when the hotel seemed to be full of families with children. The kitchen staff did their best to keep the pancake machine and all other food areas full. Like the cold water machine. No rug in the room, gives the room a much cleaner look.

Saturday morning when we got there and the breakfast area was FULL. Management loved it I am sure (fewer empty rooms in the hotel). Actually it was fine, we were just spoiled because most of our trip breakfast rooms had been nearly empty. The hallway on the first floor was tile. With my husband's mobility issues, he had to be extra careful. Either rails in the hallway or a textured floor like in the rooms.

The beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable. I slept very well at this hotel for a week. The location is awesome because you can walk right nextdoor to Cracker Barrel for great food at good prices, not to mention all the other basic chains (Starbucks, Walmart) that are about a block away. My room was also very quiet. I used the wifi for work Zoom meetings and it was perfect. The staff and management were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use, and the front desk will sell you quarters, which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was really great, in my opinion. The only thing that could be improved would be the decor in the hallways, but that's pretty minor and doesn't impact your stay at all.

Breakfast was fine; entire staff was very personable and helpful: my room was spotless! I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend thus staff for their hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised since I travel frequently and have not encountered such a helpful, friendly staff. The housekeepers should get a raise!!!!

I like The location and that it's close to many things and facilities. The outside is somewhat sketchy but its just the neighborhood and we were safe and have stayed here many times

I like hot and warmer showers it did not matter if it was am or pm the water temperature was luke warm

The front desk guy, Seth! He's the absolute best!! Whenever he's working, I know that my reservation and the duration of my stay will be stress and hassle free!! It's just a great place overall! I use this hotel frequently, it's always my first choice!!

Large spacious room was more than adequate for my husband & I. Only drawback was that we were close to the elevator and there was a youth baseball event on the next day so fairly noisy. We could have asked for another room, but quieted down in the evening.

Great location, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. Room size was good. I liked that I could open the window to get fresh air. Housekeeping staff very accommodating.

Breakfast staff had to be asked to replenish food items. They ran out of supplies for one day. Locksmith was changing door locks and was very loud-it would have been nice to be forewarned. Since I was there for over a week, I would have liked a room on the 3rd floor.
