The staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked me in quickly and were able to recommend a restaurant within walking distance. They even offer room service just in case I didn't want to leave my room. My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable (except for the mattress). I got a good night sleep and was able to continue my trip on time. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling. I was not lucky enough to have gotten one of the new mattresses. No big deal when everything else is perfect. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Close to Saguaro national park and Santa Cruz River birding. I car camp alot so this hotel is fine for me. If you want rugs on the floor and a clock in the room, you won't find them here. But room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I felt safe and rested.

No tea, just coffee in lobby but on the other hand, a Deny's is right next door.

The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was smooth. The room was clean. You can tell it's set up for people to stay for awhile, like the road crews that were there, because of the BBQ grills outside of some rooms.

The staff was the main reason I stayed there 1-2 nites every week. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms are older but clean and I found nothing wrong that would give me reason to go elsewhere. Great value

Lack of breakfast but not a deal breaker. The always available coffee in the lobby was nice.

The location was convenient for travelers. Place was clean. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Construction on the property was inconvenient because the water was cut off during working hours. And parking lot was full of furniture due to updating rooms. But, other than that, everything was great.

Clean and everything in good condition. The bed is nice, clean and comfortable. I will recommend the truck drivers. The room is good for long stays refrigerate and microwave.

It was no shampoo and conditioner.. first time ever

I was able to check-in early with no problems.

The bathroom light. It was on a timer and would turn off. I like to see where I'm going in the middle of the night. I had to leave the TV on to light the room.

It’s a little loud with trains and freeway traffic, but not much you could do about that!!

The property clerk was excellent. He corrected Booking's mistake.

Booking made a huge error!!! They did not have any record of my reservation.
