The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great. Breakfast was fine.

The elevator wait could take a while during dinner time and breakfast time. I was really hoping for bacon and bagels at breakfast but it wasn't being served when we stayed. Also, couldn't close my curtain all the way and being next to the auto mall it was very bright through the night. Not sure if it's that way with all of the rooms on purpose but the room also has a night light by the door which was great but with these combined we couldn't sleep all through the night.

I think the staff went above and beyond. Friendly and very attentive.

Since I did not have a car, it would have helped if there were more choices in food selection in the evening. Maybe frozen dinners or something. Also for food delivery (I ordered from DoorDash) if the delivery person has to inform the desk where they are going.

breakfast was so great, variety on options and fresh and hot meals. delicious; the personnel very kind and paying attention about your needs and help.

The internet services had some issues during several periods, the first day we arrive we cannot join the WIFI. when we reported to desk we received a phone number to report directly with technical services, which in my opinion the personnel need to solve this situation instead the customer itself. after the 1st day everything was working well with the internet.

Breakfast was really good, the little ones loved having so many choices, the beds were comfortable & the room was a good size for all of us. The bathroom had new shower doors, was a big room & very clean. it looked newly remodeled.

The sleeper sofa had no sheets or blankets in the room. But, we had brought extra blankets & pillows so we were good.

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, pillows, and couch. Clean and good lighting. Loved having a fridge ( and freezer), microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the effort to offer healthier choices at breakfast. 2% milk and no sugary cereals.

Wasn’t a problem, but the bathtub creaked quite loudly when you were showering. I understand the facility will be renovated in the near future so would recommend fixing that.

Nice room with comfortable beds, good shower and free parking. Breakfast was fine and the pool was great. The suburban location was convenient for all our various activities.

More that we wanted to pay but typical for Tuscan.

The front office people were kind and helpful and the cleaning and food service staff were nice and personable!

There was a lot of noise in the hallway one night but that was not the fault of the hotel.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were super clean. The breakfast was also amazing. We were able to use the pool and hot tub, which were also great.

This place is so clean and roomy for the value! Definitely a good area to stay in Tucson! Well populated area, as some areas in Tucson are rough and sketchy! This place is the opposite! Great value and very clean hotel!
