Large comfortable spacious rooms came with a wonderful leather recliner...best sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. Kitchens inside rooms had full size fridge, sink, microwave and a two burner stove. Quiet location (except see below) with many eating options within walking distance just around the corner.

Wish facilities had a pool. Also had to buy paper plates, plastic silverware and cups as these items were not stocked. Twice each night the nearby train tracks were active - May bother some, but I find trains soothing.

This hotel is new and had full size kitchen amenities. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. The staff here is very customer oriented and I appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

This was not the properties fault at all but Booking.com states they had a pool which they do not . And somehow I accidentally booked my family of 4 a SINGLE Queen bed . So somehow the search didn’t realize I needed at least 2 beds . The pictures of the rooms were not accurate to what I thought I was booking. I would recommend getting soft door closing doors . I kept waking up to doors slamming throughout the night .

Full kitchen - fridge, burner, coffee machine, toaster.

Strange the My Place has full kitchen but absolutely no utensils, pots, cups, etc. You can apparently buy them in the gift shop - we found it cheaper to buy them at Walmart- a short drive away. Also - train tracks pass by between hotel and highway and when certain trains pass - entire hotel shakes. We thought it was a minor earthquake but it apparently wasn’t.

I traveled through Tucson alone for the night & as a solo female, I was initially a bit nervous staying so close to the freeway & in a location I’d never been before. But the hotel & surrounding area was amazing! Lots of food options close by, the facility was amazing, new, clean, & comfortable. It was quiet & amazing for the price. I have zero complaints & will be staying here any time I pass through Tucson in the future.

This place was wonderful. We will be staying here every time we come to Tucson for now on. It had just opened and everything was pristine. The staff was amazing. The rooms were immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location felt safe and was also very convenient.

The room was great especially the kitchen facilities in the room. Loved the recliner in the room and full sized fridges. The availability of office machines. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating.

Sparkling new facility with an A+ staff. Everyone we met was friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming. A shout out to Eric, who worked the evening shift. He is a star!

Pet rates are exorbitant and mitigates the good price of actually staying.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

It wasn't a big downside but I felt that they should have a designated fenced in area for pets to go potty since it is a pet friendly hotel. There is a lot of dirt surrounding the hotel and no grass or turf area nearby for pets.

Stellar staff. We worked with Christian at check in and he was terrific. The room was outstanding and the value was incredible. The room rates were surprisingly low for the amazing room we got.

There was nothing to dislike about the facility.

The property was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were extra fluffy. Loved the kitchen area. The staff was kind and professional. They greeted us every time we came in. They were the perfect example of impeccable customer service.
