We love Loews Ventana Canyon Resort! We used to live 4 minutes away just a few years ago. It's a fantastic place in a wonderful location. Many great amenities, many decorations, beautiful grounds. We had an amazing Mother's Day breakfast as well.

Nothing, except it is pricey. I remember times when during the summer Tucson resorts were offering huge discounts and numerous packages. This time we visited in May for our son's graduation and either it was not the season just yet, or prices were high due to Bidenflation.

Delightful young lady for checkin, who was very informative and helpful, also very professional! Tennis coach such a friendly informative interesting man. Hotel grounds were delightful and quiet pool very relaxing.

Paying for car parking, totally unnecessary and excessive! Costing more than parking downtown or at the University of Arizona, where it is exceptable and expected! The hiking tour guide not turning up as promised and sign posted. No excuse, just NO SHOW. The receptionist that left me standing there waiting to be checked out and finally asked after 10minutes could she help me. No one else there or waiting, just me. Attitude problem.

The staff all around was very welcoming and just absolutely wonderful. The breakfast at the hotel was always fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend the burger at Bills Grill!

There wasn't anything I didn't like, other than snakes lol which I did not see any of! The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have had at any hotel I have stayed at! We did have a mountain view room but had a tree blocking the actual mountain but there were mountains everywhere so I was not disappointed in that

Relaxing and comfy! Robes in the room, huge tub, nice amenities, bed and bedding was so relaxing and the view of the city was spectacular! With. Private balcony. It was a cool night but we were able to sleep entire night tucked into bed with the window open. It was peaceful. Recharged and ready to go after one night! Felt very pampered and all we did was sleep! Everything was a bit pricey but for one night and even now feel relaxed thinking about it, it was worth it!

Everything was just perfect.

Coffee machine in room didn’t work properly even though we had it changed once. Lack of inspiring vegan food options on the hotel menus. However the staff were happy to try to create a vegan dish if you requested.

Did not eat. Coffee station had no coffee each day. Had to wait to have it made

Golf was not a good value at all. The cost was very expensive and we only played 9 holes because it was so slow. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. We had to leave the course to get to make our messages on time.

Wonderful location, room, and amenities.

Parents probably appreciate this, but there didn't seem to be rules/guidelines for kids. It may be a business decision, but kids were in hot tubs, cold plunge, and running around dining rooms.

Very loud hall corridors! Doors slam very loud around you. Walls paper thin. Not a relaxing environment in the rooms due to housekeeping carts on flagstone outside doors and rolling luggage. Need to upgrade and soundproof for the price of this property. Shower door broken.

I really liked the reception from the concierge and the valet.

The steak wasn't very good but that definitely didn't effect my mood or stay...I loved the Bar tender...waiter and my room! Love it here

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Every room had a balcony which made for a nice place to watch the sunrise each morning. Ample parking that was included with the room was a plus! Gym was awesome.

Room decor was a bit dated and could use an update. The smoker from the outdoor restaurant smelled up the elevator daily. Bathroom in need of an update.
