Loved staying in the room overlooking the back courtyard. Beautiful area with flowers, trees & birds. Took time to take a lounge chair I keep in my car out there to read.

Not a big deal, but there was some type of food goo on the bathroom wall over the trashcan. Looked like caramel. Cleaned most of it off, but all would not come off. There were a few hairs on the shower wall, once again not a big deal. A tissue got them removed.

Like the hot breakfast and the fact I'm minutes away from a auction I go to every year.

Location was perfect, since we were visiting our son who lives right down the road. The staff was friendly & helped to carry in some of our belongings.

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was dust & dog hair on the phone in the room, on the little ledge on the back of the bed,and on the bed side table. I had to wipe it off since I have allergies & use a Cpap machine, I need to keep things clean. The door on the closet was broken & just leaning up against the wall.

The rooms and property were very clean. Breakfast in the morning. Was very good and there was plenty. The stuff we replenished items as they went down. The staff was very courteous and nice. Beds were comfortable.

The property could definitely use some updates. Even a fresh coat of paint would make an improvement. However, that being said I still enjoyed my time there and I would stay again.

The windows don't lock which I found weird. The only thing I didn't like was their male employee at the front desk, he almost acting like it was a bother to have us there and made awkward jokes about us staying outside to sleep if our room keys didnt work.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and there was a bar restaurant that was very nice next to the property.

you get what you pay for property was old and definitely in need of some updates, but we were only spending one night so it was fine for what I was looking for. value was more important for the trip.

The breakfast was really good, The only complaint was we needed a room on the ground floor ,my mother has arthritis really bad and steps are very painful for her and difficult but according to booking.com we were supposed to have a ground floor, but they put us in a room on the 2nd floor, and said nothing else was available. but the room was very spacious and clean.

Need an Elevator or better handicap access to upper levels.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The dining area and sun room were quite comfortable with ample space The Fireside Tavern was awesome, a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Overall the room was clean , but theee were little things that coukd have been better. The bathroom mop boards were quite dusty, and the tissue box and soap plate were both a bit dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had trouble with my key, but the attendant worked with us, of course it was me not the key. We didn't eat breakfast; we went for a good Amish homestyle breakfast. (Deinner's). The Fireside restaurant/bar is next to the hotel if you want a good dinner or a drink. It's a quiet hotel and just a mile or so off of 30. We will definitely stay here again.

Floors were dirty, gross and other guests mentioned the same. Same dirt and debri under n around beds from the last time we stayed months ago.
