Very good !! Breakfast variety is the reason I choose this hotel. Did notice this stay that it was a WEEK DAY and less food choices especially fruit, only apples. Minimal pastries and yogurt. However sausage, eggs,gravy,biscuits were plentiful. I did see a couple patrons ask for replenishing of these and it was done immediately. I hope you don’t start skimping on breakfast like other hotels because this is why YOU stand out. I DO acknowledge this is complimentary and this is the perk where you shine. DON’T change. Pool was great! A prior coworker and I meet here to stay every few months to catch up and go out for fun girl outings. 🤗

We requested an accessible room with a roll- in shower, and the bathroom was excellent. We really liked the nice bright light near the entrance, it was good for nice combination area for the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was excellent and there were lots of pillows. Breakfast was good, and we liked that the toaster in the kitchen area was available for use at night. The best thing was the excellent heating system, because it was very chilly the next morning.

The room was a little tight, and there was only one small bench to place a suitcase.

Had a wonderful experience and wanted to preface by saying my family and I stayed during a large snowstorm and throughout our visit I noticed staff members clearing walkways and multiple times as the snow continued to fall which ultimately contributed to our ease during checkout. Everything was clean and well maintained, I could tell it wasn’t a newer though throughout the building it was obvious care had been taken to upgrade and renovate the entire property. The room was well stocked with thick crisp white towels, the bed linens were also beautifully crisp clean and white and included 3 purposefully arranged pillows on each bed. The bathroom expressed an understated elegance with a shallow sink and gleaming modern style faucet. It also contained lotion, shampoo and conditioner in convenient dispensers, as well as a hairdryer. The room itself contained a small worktop table and chair with conveniently placed outlets that included usb charging as well. There was also a small refrigerator and microwave cleverly hidden and a breakfast beverage area stocked with everything necessary for a morning cup including a few select teabags. I appreciated the large mirrored closet which provided convenience for getting ready the next morning when the bathroom was occupied. The pool area again was very clean and well stocked with towels, and I didn’t return to my room feeling the skin irritation of an over-chlorinated pool which was very nice. All the staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful when necessary. The continental breakfast the next morning was also well stocked and maintained throughout the morning with a large variety of choices including hot and cold offerings as well as multiple beverage options.

I really only have one complaint about anything during our experience from start to finish and that was the absence of an updated shower head. There was adequate water pressure and hot water lasted throughout my shower but not being personally very tall I missed the removable hose and adjustable stream of my shower at home.

We weren't sure what to expect since this was the first time we stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms, being larger than "normal hotel rooms". The shower was nice and large. My husband wants one like it at our house. We were concerned about the condition of the swimming pool because the last place our family stayed, the grandkids were not able to swim as the pool was green. However, the pool at Country Inn and Suites was wonderful and our grandchildren were able to have fun. (2 of them actually swam by themselves for the first time in your pool !!!) I also appreciated the way someone with the company replied to a couple of questions I had. They were very quick with that. The staff was very nice and helpful. One of the housekeepers even helped us load our belongings in the car.

The elevator sounds very richity. I am handicapped so I rely on it. It may need some attention.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel which allowed us to find restaurants and other activities within a short distance from the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool on Saturday morning. There was no one else in there so my husband and I enjoyed swimming laps and floating around. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower water was hot and plentiful!

The room was pretty small. We wish it could have been a little bigger for two adults.

Breakfast and checking in and out was very well done. Kudos to the one we dealt with.

Does not have operating vending machines, especially soda machines. Even better is if it had diet or zero drinks beyond Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi. I prefer Zero Sprite and Zero Mountain Dew. Our room was cleaned early, only problems was we did not prepare for someone else in the room. Also, the shampoo was out and even the bottle dirty from me trying to squeeze out the last drops. Ended up using soap which worked but not a good way to maintain hair.

I was very pleased with my stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The bathroom and room were clean the AC works wonderfully well and I was not disturbed by other guest or loud noises. The price is outlandish and the breakfast left little to be desired. Overall very satisfied with my stay and I’m a tough judge of hotels since I travel for work. This hotel is approx 3.4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

The price was higher than it needed to be, the location is over 10 minutes from the city, and the breakfast was not good.

We checked in at almost midnight, but the staff were super friendly. So nice. The room was very nice. Beds were comfy. There are plenty of plugs for everyone's electronics. The biscuits and gravy served for breakfast were good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nothing really. The elevator made a strange noise when the door opened & closed. Made us feel like we were in a science fiction movie. Like the pod bay door was opening. Other than that minor detail, it was all good.

The staff was super nice. The room was big enough for my family of 5. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was really nice. The breakfast was really good, my family was very pleased with all the selections. The pool was very nice. Perfect temperature.

Honestly I wasn't very displeased at all. I was a little disappointed that there was no bacon at breakfast and that the sauna wasn't available, but that wasnt a huge inconvenience.

Breakfast was good with a good selection. Hotel was in great shape, maybe even remodeled recently. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having a small fridge and microwave.

Fan and light on same switch in bathroom. No jacuzzi.
